We picked up our RV yesterday from service. Much to our dismay, the RV flooded when we hooked it up to water. The front compartment is flooded and it is leaking out of the end unit. We had to shut the water off. They had worked on plumbing underneath. Here we are waiting and waiting for someone to assist us at their site since we couldn't get anyone on the phone.we just paid for a week in Tuscon and we can't use the water.

The sales experience was a good one. The salesman took his time and let us look all we needed to. No pressure during any part of the process!

We just traded in our 2015 23 ft Flying Cloud for a new 27 ft Globetrotter. Our sales rep, Laura was very knowledgeable and showed us a number of units with the features we wanted. She answered all our questions. We were very pleased with our purchase.

Laura is the best. She didn’t pressure or haggle me. She provided me with information and answered my questions. That’s the kind of salesperson that closes deals. Thanks Laura, the number one Airstream salesperson in my book.

Ron Coss, Salesperson was thee best! Easy to work with, professional, available and personable. We explained what we wanted/were interested in, he suggested a few models of trailers to look at. It's a 2 hour drive for us to LazyDays and Ron was accommodating. We looked at all of them, he showed us the features of each trailer, giving us lots of time to talk about them look at the size of the spaces (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, etc). He wasn't pushy just helpful. Once we decided on the one we wanted, we negotiated a price and he got close to what we needed. A BIG THANK YOU, RON!

Also a shout our to Troy, Yesika and Heather. Troy was the Tech who explained the trailer, he was professional and thorough…Troy, Thank you for the little suggestions and help!
Yesika in the Service department made things simple, she got our truck, got the hitch installed, and returned it with very little involvement by us. Heather, who made the finance part easy thank you!

All in all this was a smooth operation, every time it was a WARM hand off (meaning each person took us to the next department or to Ron who facilitated the interaction) including us following a golf cart with our truck.

Thanks again.

We purchased our Keystone Cougar travel trailer recently, & Ron Coss was our salesperson.
From our first phone call, Ron was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, experienced, detail oriented, & professional.
He was extremely well-versed in all of the little odds & ends that come with the territory of learning about a new trailer.
He was friendly, made everything go smoothly, and was a complete pleasure to work with. He has our highest recommendation.

RON COSS! We had an amazing buying experience mostly in part to Ron. The entire team was great from our salseman, Ron, all the way to our walkthrough tech, Troy. We shopped high and low for the RV and price we wanted and Ron and Lazydays met our every need. We did most of the deal remotely and it made the process at the time of delivery a breeze. Thanks again Lazydays!

My wife and I visited Lazydays RV of Tucson last Thursday and were greeted by Nollan. We went over to see travel trailers with one in particular that I saw online. Of course, that unit was gone, but Nollan showed us a few other unit's that might be to our liking. We told Nollan we'd get back to him after doing a little more shopping.
I called Nollan a couple of times to ask questions regarding my truck's towing ability and other questions on the particulars of the travel trailers we had seen, and Nollan displayed his patience, and his knowledge of the product he sells that made my wife and I feel at ease with this fine gentleman.
Long story short, Nollan found us a travel trailer to our liking, and we have purchased our travel trailer thanks to Nollan's patience and professionalism along the way. Thanks Nollan.

Let me tell you about an amazing RV dealership and their newbie salesman.
My wife and I had searched the east coast (we’re from upstate New York) for a solid, used motorhome with no success. Desperately searching the internet, we came upon a 1998 Itasca Suncruiser that just seemed to fit the bill. Calling the Tucson, AZ Lazydays dealership, we were connected with Ron Coss - himself an avid RV “Boondocker” - who listened to our needs and budget constraints with much patience. Understanding our situation, he was especially careful to explain the Itasca’s strengths and weaknesses to us as new wanna-be RVers.

Long story made short - we agreed to purchase the Itasca motorhome sight-unseen and flew to Tucson to pick it up. Ron spent an entire morning demonstrating and detailing key information we would need to know, that culminated in a test drive which gave us proof of Lazydays’ representations re their 25-year-old motorhome.

Friday afternoon came, sale completed, we were sent off by Lazyday’s service crew who had made a last-minute fix on a loose mirror (at no charge). Hours later, we had stopped at a Walmart to begin outfitting the RV’s kitchen. When we came out, the generator would not start - thus no air conditioning in the hottest summer on record. We called our salesman Ron Coss for advice. He offered to put us up in the company’s RV park until Monday, when the service department would be open. We were going to take him up on the offer, but he suddenly said, “Where are you? ” and said he would try and find us to see if there was anything he could do himself. Detouring from his end-of-the-day trip home, Ron located us and - from experience - tweaked the air/fuel mixture sightly and the generator began running perfectly.

Think of it - first-class dealership, newbie salesman, 25-year-old motorhome - going all-out for us just as if we were spending tons of money on a new one. Call Lazydays RV of Tucson - ask for Ron Coss - you’ll be glad you did.

Purchased a 2017 highland 5th wheel from lasydays in the villages Florida on 5/31/2023. Lazy days in Tucson says they “can’t” buy it back due to the condition of the painted cabinets. I bought it like that! I wrote a check for $35k and I was willing to take the $17k loss if they would just buy it back. But they “can’t” still waiting on a call back from lazy days in Florida. All 3 locations in Florida and awaiting a call back from the manager in Tucson. Very poor business practices. I haven’t even owned this unit for 90 days. Definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. Filing reports with the ftc and the bbb. Stay away! They also sold it to me with a non working lip sensor and non working smoke and carbon monoxide detector, with a 2 year old on my hip. Oh but the paperwork I have states that it was working. I have receipts

My girlfriend and I recently purchased a travel trailer from RON at Lazydays RV, and our buying experience was totally above and beyond our expectations! We drove from San Diego to Tucson to buy a particular floorplan that we liked and from the first phone call to staying late on a Friday Ron provided stellar customer service! He spent easily over an hour walking us through the entire trailer making sure we understood how everything worked and even got us checked into a free night stay at a nearby campground before we turned around and drove home. I would leave him a six star review if possible. He even left us his personal number In case we ran into any issues down the road. Thanks again Ron!

I purchased a new Grand Design Momentum G21 one year ago. So far I have been pretty happy with it. The roof began to leak and needed to be resealed on the front cap. They had sealed it the day of purchase and it never adhered and started peeling away.
I went to the service department and they told me the one year warranty ran out less than a month ago and the seal is not covered. Ok, I get it. I will gladly pay for it to be done.
My RV was parked next door at the Lazydays RV Park, and it was completely covered from the sun.
I asked them to go over and have a look and reseal it.
They said that none of the mechanics were willing to go over and that I would need to bring it there for them to assess it and do the repair.
So you want me to unhook everything and load up to drive less than 500 yards.
Now I know why they call this place Lazy!
I went and purchased some sealant and did it myself in about an hour.

I have purchased a new RV every other year and pay for them with a check for the past ten years.
I’m sure your sales department will miss that.

And Lazydays you might want to start looking at your service reviews because I am obviously not the only one with a complaint.
I hope this 150 dollar service was worth you losing a very good customer.

Honest dealership. After 5 years of driving we found out a safety feature was left off our Class C at the time of purchase. The dealership refunded the cost of the part (s) in full to us. Note: always check your sales contract to make sure you are getting all the items you pay for at the time of purchase. Don’t just assume the sales office will follow through with the service department to actually install the feature.
