Isaiah and Ivan are exceptional technicians and represent your company quite well. They were pleasant and courteous and very thorough in their job today. You installed my unit in 2006. Isaiah did comment that it was an older unit but it appeared in very good condition with the exception of the two capacitors that I have that will need to be replaced shortly. While he couldn't guarantee anything he thought I might have until next summer (provided they make it through this summer that we're having! Unrelenting heat is putting a strain on everyone including our air conditioning) and gave me a rough estimate so I could save up the money and call you back to replace them before they go out. I value exceptional customer service and you exceeded my expectations today! These two gentlemen are to be commended for the job that they do for Lee Collins air conditioning

They did agreat job diagnosing the problem and gave me some options. I decided on a new unit and they got everything completed and scheduled for next day install. Installation went smoothly and now I'm enjoying a cool house for the first time in days. I would recommend Lee Collins to anyone who needs good AC service.

As I used Lee Collins in the past, my AC was not blowing air so I Made a service call early this morning, they were able to send a repairman within an hour. Employee contacted me upon arrival and after the repair was made to let me know what he had done. Since I was not on location, I appreciated the feedback and fast intervention. AC is back cooling again. Great job and thank you for fast service response.

Ten star customer service! Our condenser failed on a 110+ degree day. After battling with our home warranty company (and moving to an Airbnb for a week) we spoke with David and he, Paul, and Iseah came out right away and replaced the condenser. They then came back to check that everything was working as it should. We will sing the praises and will be loyal customers of Lee Collins Air Conditioning forever!

In addition to the repairs a few weeks ago our units compressor and fan motor went out. David, Bryan, and Paul all helped ensure that a new unit was put on our house in a very timely manner. I called because my AC wasn’t cooling and it was getting super hot in my house. Paul was able to get to my house in an hour and fixed the problem. He was so nice, super professional, and overall great human. Pricing is extremely fair and I couldn’t recommend this company more! 10 stars!

The office personnel was friendly and knowledgeable. She quickly set up an appointment for me. She explained all costs clearly. The technician called before arriving and was even earlier than scheduled appointment time. The technician was friendly and professional. He did a thorough inspection and even took pictures of my HVAC system for documentation. Excellent service and I will definitely continue to use their services.

I will recommend Matthew Shields from Lee Collins who worked on my AC. He was the third technician from Lee Collins that came to my house and he thoroughly review all issues and try his best to fix it. He is honest and provided me with all my options.
