I have a favorite pair of leather Dunlop Golf sandals that were in such disrepair, I thought I would to part with them. I've had them for over a decade and attached, so I took them to Lee Shoe & Luggage Repair and they worked magic! The leather was stitched and repaired, and the bottoms re-glued. They are like new again!

Dropped off my LV phone case here about a month ago. $30 to repair. Did this over LV repair due to long wait times to repair through LV.

I was unable to pick it up when it was ready, so they allowed one of my friends to pick it up. Upon receiving it back they had crooked stitching, the color is off, and they didn’t reseal most of the edges. I know have a 350$ phone case that looks like a knock off due to the crooked stitching.

I would never return to this place. Poor quality of work, especially for having to wait over a week to get it back.

Get it fixed through LV (if you have) or through another leather repair store.

TAILORING! CUSTOM ALTERATIONS! The elder Mrs. Lee does all the sewing such as tailoring, alterations and repairs while her young son (s) handle the front desk and repairs to shoes, handbags, belts, luggage, etc They are a talented crew and I have used the shoes services a few times. But now I want to talk about clothes. The Lee's are humble owners of this modest and clean shop - the changing "room" is a draped cubicle and is quite small but I am not small myself. In the end I was so very pleased to give them my money. I also must say that the work Mrs. Lee did on my expensive pieces was on par with the original workmanship, not in any way noticeable that I had things resized or repaired. A pair of Lafayette 148 jeans had a broken zip which I assumed needed to be repaired, but she looked it over and told her son she could just replace the pull tab for a very reasonable price. (The son handles all the communication between her and the client, but I am certain she has understanding of English, and is definitely savvy as to what the client needs done. It is very adorable, I think.) A pair of Lafayette 148 silk palazzo dress pants were now 2 sizes too big, and they fit like a glove now. A favorite Eileen Fisher silk blazer (fully lined in silk with not 1 opening to work from) had become worn on the cuff edges; I asked them to be shortened just enough to remove the damaged parts. My friend, a retired seamstress, had warned me that this was quite an undertaking to be done by making an opening in a sleeve. Mrs. Lee was up to the task, undaunted and went right to the point of what was needed to give son a VERY nice price quote considering she saved the jacket from the trash bin. I also had 2 pants partially re- hemmed, one wool Escada and another silk Eileen Fisher. All together I paid $65 with 25%down, and it was ready 2 weeks later. I am going back for sure since I no longer use a sewing machine and can only do basic hems & buttons, etc. I hope to get some patterns made from old pieces to get them remade - my favorite Natori caftan is top of the list. THAT'S going to be heaven if she can, and I will let you know if we go that route.

I had bought a pair of boots online and they were not wide calf. So I looked everywhere for someone to widen the calf part for me. Lee's shoe repair did an amazing job! It looks like I bought them like that. She added stretchy material and added it to the boot. This small town shop exceeded my expectations. They also were friendly and have great customer service!

They did an amazing job on my sewing machine bag. I am truly grateful. They were very generous and helpful. Thank you for everything! I highly recommend this place.

My wife has had 3 leather handbags repaired here and she is impressed with the work as you can't tell it was done. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the shop is very messy.

Lee is so nice and very skilled. They fixed my knee high boots by re-stitching them because they were too big for my legs. Now they stay up and fit perfectly! I plan on coming back very soon, I have some clothing that needs to be hemmed.

I went to pick my shoes and was met by a vulgar cashier/worker, mother and father after I spent $46,00 for a zipper which was cheap poorly put into my shoe. When I attempted to question why the zipper was sticking, I was told to get out the shop and that they have removed other people before. I offered to dial 911 they refused. I strongly suggest if your a person other than Asian take your business elsewhere the prices are very high, the materials used were cheap and the workmanship was shootie/terrible and not worth being insulted and aggressively attacked. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPICALLY AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY!

I took a piece of luggage to Lee's to fix the zipper two weeks ago. They informed me that the best option was a stopper. I picked it up today and the zipper works great. The staff treated me professionally and were very friendly.

I needed a pair of leather wide calf knee high boots altered to fit a small calf. They did an AMAZING job! You can't tell at all that they were altered! I highly recommend Lee's to anyone needing leather repair or alterations!

Lee’s Shoe and Lugaage repair is the best shoe repair I have ever gone to. They are so professional and do excellent work I. A very timel fashion.have 4 dogs who regularly “alter” my shoes and Mrs Lee is always able to repair them looking like new. Barry is always so professional and courteous and they always remember my name.

Awful place they destroyed my shoes and never fixed them correctly. Returned my shoes with leather damage and glue covered. They are rude too!

I just had a zipper repaired on a piece of leather luggage. They did a good job, was very reasonably priced and gave me 60 days to see if their repair was adequate. If not, they will apply what I paid to a more invasive repair. The clerk was very informative and very polite. I will use them again!

This place was great for shining my black leather shoes. They were very fast (15 minutes) and the shoes looked good as new. I would recommend them to anyone!

Lee's Shoe and Luggage Repair is the place to go for shoe repair. They were friendly and really listened and completed on time. My shoes are comfortable now and repair was low cost, far less than new shoes. Also, I was so pleased that I asked for my purse to be repaired and it was inexpensive and done while I waited, only 10 minutes. I will come here again for shoe or purse repair.

I would stay FAR FAR AWAY from this place! RUDE people they also damaged shoes and didn't want to do anything about it
