6The pedicure was amazing. Unfortunately the manicure was the worst I have ever had. I even stated that I was not happy with it and the girl acted like she didn't care I now have to go home and fix it. I even took their survey and it stated to call them so they could make it right. When I did, I stated I was calling in regards to the survey and was told they were busy. I might return for a pedicure but not for a manicure. All employees should be as nice and as caring as Tan.
Everyone was so welcoming and nice. They give you such a nice leg massage too as part of their pedicure package and they do such a great job without rushing. There is never a "rushed" feeling. You really do get such a great value for the money you spend there. I will go out of my way just to get all my nails needs done here. They are amazing here and so friendly and welcoming which is a big plus for me! My daughter and I will continue to come here for our mama and daughter pedicures every 2 weeks.
I always have a wonderful experience. The techs do a great job. They are thorough and professional!
My first time visiting with the new ownership and I was very impressed! I called about availability and the gentleman who answered the phone offered an appointment. I went in at my appointment time and they were available for me, I did not have to wait. The service was very nice! I will continue to go here if the awesome service continues! Would like to eventually see a website with the services listed.:)
I went to do a pedicure and a fill
The guy was super nice but he kept hurting me. He did my pedicure and fill. During the pedicure he kept hurting me when he was doing my cuticles and during the fill he kept hurting me with the drill. I got gel polish on my nails and it was all bubbly. I don’t think I’m going back to this place.
My cousin got a pedicure and a manicure. She had to get a simple pedicure because no one could do the design she wanted. And her manicure the guy kept hurting her as well.
Very disappointed in this place
