I have been dealing with this company for over a month trying to get a set of steps from them. FedEx did lose them but Leslie's has done nothing but give me the run around about replacing them for almost 3 week. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. When you ask to speak to someone in a supervisory position, they put you on the phone with someone that sounds like a 12 year old and ends up telling you they will look into it, just like the last 4 employees have told me. I ended up requesting a refund, let's see how long it takes to get it. Definitely do not recommend using them for any of your pool needs. If I could give 0 stars, i would.

I own a pool repair, service and remodel company. I have been trying to spend upwards of $150000+ with Leslies as a trade partner and no one seems to be able to convert my acct from cash only to commercial or credit card on file. Very difficult to spend my money with you. Your competitors like SCP, make it easy.very frustrating. I hope there is someone monitoring these reviews, however I doubt that is the case given my interactions to date.

BUYER BEWARE!
I purchased a pool cleaner online which was not compatible with my pool system. I called 3 different times all with sb hour & 30 minutes for someone to take the call. Each time I was told it will be sent to the return dept. I sent the pictures of the cleaner request. After my final call to Leslie's 'CUSTOMER SERVICE' I asked to speak to a Supervisor. She took my name phone number. She said someone would call tomorrow. I did receive a call only to be told it is not returnable because it got wet! It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that how would I know it didn't work with my system!
DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE A JACUZZI J-D300 POOL CLEANING STSTEM. Leslie's does not back their product they sell

This review is for pool supply world. Leslie’s is the parent company at this same location.
I placed an order on June 15th for 2 items showing to be in stock.
I called yesterday to check my order status, and was on hold for an hour. Was told my order had not shipped, and status was unknown. Told it would be escalated and I would hear back today on the status.
Did not hear back today so I called and was on hold for nearly 2 hours before call was answered.
Told again that my order has not shipped, and status unknown. Told it was not escalated yesterday!
Sent me email today while I was on the phone showing it’s been “escalated”, and will take 3-5 days to let me know the status!
Asked about returning my money and person on other end acted like they couldn’t hear me! Then they said cancelling would take 5-7 days!
Should have done my research and learned they are F rated with BBB and hundreds of bad reviews on Facebook!
Will wait 24 hours to get my shipping confirmation before I escalate this matter on this end by turning them in to the State of Arizona AG’s office!

If i could give this company 0 stars I would I ordered pool filters on 6/16 had not been delivered by 6/26 i called customer service was on hold 35 min the agent said she would track the package and get back to me.still no package 7/16 one month later called again and was told the tracking request was just requested 7/14 18 days after my first call no one knows anything and one supervisor was a total snippy mean person order at your own risk

Pentair's ScreenLogic 522104 Interface is great. The install was really easy and it has worked great! Really enjoying it.

However, dealing with Pool Supply World was horrible. I will never buy another thing from them or their parent company Leslie's Pool Supply again. The total lack of communication and customer service is embarrassing. Product ordered in March and roughly 2 months later it was received. 2 months with no unprovoked communication. Email after email, chat session request after chat session request and phone call after phone call going unanswered. I literally spent hours on hold waiting to ask two simple questions; do you have my order (they had charged my credit card) and when are you shipping my order? When the order was placed their website stated it would ship in 2-3 business days.

I understand that Covid created the situation that we have all dealt with but 2 other online pool suppliers turned 2 other orders in what would be an expected reasonable turn time during the same period. Both, much more difficult packages to ship.

To anyone else dealing with this situation with PSW the only way I found to communicate was through Facebook messenger. Communication was spotty but I was able to get some information through this channel.

Shame on you Pool Supply World.never again!

This is the most overpriced pool supply operation that I have encountered in my 40+ years of pool ownership. I went to this store around the end of April and they they sold me over $150.00 worth of chemicals to counter a high Phosphate level in my pool. When I arrived home. I found that I had a full bottle of phosphate remover which I used to reduce the phosphates too an acceptable level and went back to Leslie's the following day to retyrn the $75.00 gallon jug I had purchased from Leslie's, While there is a big sign over the counter that reads "Unconditional Satisfaction Guarantee" I could not read the fine print that they would not accept any return on chemicals, unlike my prior pool store about a mile away.

Today, just a few weeks later, I returned to the store for water testing and the manager tried to convince me that I needed almost $250.00 worth of chemicals to stabilize my pool in addition to the phosphate remover I already had! I walked out of the store in total dosbelief of what they had tried to sell me. I went to another store and discovered that Leslie's prices are in many cases two to three times what the other store charged. On top of that, Leslie's tries to sell you a lot chemicals that you don't need according to the other store visited

There is a pool store closer to my house, however, I go out of my way to come to this specific store. Scott, Mike and the rest of the staff are always extremely helpful. They take the time to speak with you, answer questions, and explain things to me. I highly recommend coming to this store.

THEY NEVER EVER EVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE.
I TESTED IT WHILE IN THEIR STORE. NO OTHER CUSTOMERS. AND STILL THEY DON'T ANSWER.

Been a customer a year and a half. Their staff is friendly and they always help me understand what's going on with my pool. I've learned a lot about the chemicals and equipment by asking them questions, and they never mind.

This pool supply has become unreasonably greedy since trying to monopolize the pool supply market by buying up other pool suppliers like NPS. Some of their markups are at 1000% mark up. Yes that's right one thousand percent not to mention that most all their products are chinese junk. Screw you Leslies. I will stick with my local independent pool supplier. Had to give one star rating in order to post. Should be zero stars.

Placed an order in fact 2 but the first order they had to verify shipping address before shipping it so next day I verified.and it took a full week to ship and not until I emailed them and asked for a tracking number the 2nd order I also had to verify shipping address but got tracking number right away.speed up your service and don't ask me twice in one week for address verification just ship the Damn thing will Ya?

Nothing but a PROBLEM! Tried to return a item and giving me the run around. Decided that we didn't want the item and was able to get it locally for a better price. Also can you imagine if i had a problem with the product what they wouldn't do. The policy says returns no problem > BUT NOT THE CASE. Major problem they want pictures and been days and no RMA number. Do yourself a favor DONT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL> next call to american express

Buyer beware of this company! They sell defective products and then make you wait weeks to replace them. Band new pool and pool filter with pump, pump breaks after one month. It is going on day 9 and I still have no replacement. They could handed me one right in their store but corporate said "NO" so now my brand new pool is green and unusable. No answer no help!

Great location. Not because this is the corporate store but because the manager Justin! He is a great guy and always helpful. It's our first pool so we have A LOT of questions. Justin is so patient with us and always in a great mood. And he never gets annoyed when I ask the same question 10 times in a row! LOL
