Leslie's Pool Supplies, Service & Repair, Phoenix AZ

Dave, the manager, is a rude know-it all who interrupts you, made disrespectful comments about customers, and basically misleads you, insisting that you need hundreds of dollars in additives. I was very offended when he made comments about us buying some chlorine at another store. He recommend hundreds of dollars worth of chemicals, some that we had tried before that did not work. If I wanted an aggressive sales pitch, I would go buy a used car!

Don't believe them when they take your money and order part saying will have it in two days. I've been waiting a week and they don't know when they'll have it.

Dave is keeping the customers here with his knowledge of pools. The wait is long I do recommend getting at least 3 people in the store from may-September it's ARIZONA we live in our pools.

We worked with the store manager, David. We brought our pool water in to get tested. He was very thorough and made sure to explain everything!

Bought my pool equipment there about 4 or 5 years ago and don't go there often because I was not impressed with what they sold me or there install
But occasionally on the way home I stop to grab something it is the slowest place on earth and apparently they are only capable of waiting on one person today I walked out leaving around 200 of merchandise on counter because I never got recognized
I just won't bother stopping by that location

I like to come here to get my supplies for my pool rather than a pool store a mile away even if they advertise that they have cheaper prices than Leslie's. Dave is knowledgeable of everything you ask and everyone is helpful here. Just hope they get more people during the peak season.

2 days after the time the store manager’s estimate of the arival of an odred part, I was told that even tho the shipment arrived the day before, he did not had time to (and I quote) “find your stupid spring”. So I will never buy any other “supid product” from his store, neither will any other of my friends.

It's like anything else there in sales take there oh I recommend this with a gain of salt. Plus the tech placed used pvc on my pool pipes and I paid them to replace the plumbing. Techs run late, which wasn't a deal breaker, but the used pvc is. Not professional guys. Personally go with a different store or try the neighborhood pool stores.

Horrible customer service. I stood in front of the register for 25 mins waiting to pay and no one helped or acknowledged that I was there even when I waved to one of the employees. A simple "I will be with you in a moment" would have been fine but they looked at me and went straight on ignoring the register. A quick 5 min trip for supplies turned into almost half an hour. It would have been longer but I gave up and left. Don't waste your time.

Great Customer Service!

I started with an algae problem and now my pool is crystal clear! Dave and Zach are very knowledgeable and are always happy to help. I started out knowing nothing about pools and since I started visiting Leslie's Pools, I now know how to follow up with my pool's maintenance!

I would definitely recommend this store for any pool related questions or concerns.

If there was a negative stars I would give Leslie's pool supplies on thunderbird and 35th Ave because I had bought a vacuum from there now I have been repairing it since the day I got it. They told me that if I bring it in for repair 3 times that they would replace it because it causes my pool to go green. This is the worst place you would buy anything for your pool

I returned a pool vacume that didn't work and the "manager" Larry didn't know how to make a full return instead he just gave me store credit and didn't return the taxes I paid on the item either. I also noticed on the receipt I was $10 overcharged. (Mind you this was a next day return) This store kept my money and overcharged my credit card. I will never go back to this store and I would not recommended this store to anyone.

These people dont know anything about pools other then to read what the computer says i went with an issue about dirt in my pool and they gave me a product that is so hard to get rid of three weeksand my pool is still full of that crap. If they dont know how to fix the problem they should just recomend contracting a pool professional.

I bought a vacuum that didnt work. They took it apart right there and there was a broken part they fixed. I also had so many questions being a first time pool owner, that scott the manger came out to my house to help. Great customer service

Absolutely worst customer service, unprofessional to say the least. Never visit this location not sure about other locations but this one is horrible!

Called for pricing on two parts and heard nothing but a person who hates his job. When I asked how much one of the parts is, he said I dunno $10? So I asked him to please check on it and it came back being $20. I said ok thanks and he hang up. Leslie's is a Walmart of the pool stores which is not a compliment.
