Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. But, the parking is very terrible, there are only 3 spots and 1 handicap in front of the store. The spots are always full, that is because there is a " Youfit Health Club". I wish the parking spots had a sign for Leslie's parking only.

These guys are quite knowledgeable and friendly, always willing to assist.any problem I bring em, has been explained and advised on my options or how to proceed, prices can be a lil bit higher on some products but, I'll spend a drop more if necessary for the convenience and service.highly recommend and happy swimming!

They quoted me $225 to fix my pool cleaner after it sat in their shop for 2 days. Took it to another Leslie’s who fixed it in about 10 mins for $35! It now works great.

Good people, good service. They do it all from simple water tests to full blown pool repair. Also very informative.

Just brought in my automatic pool cleaner to get cleaned and the guy said nobody was there that knew how to do it. You literally take off the 5 screws and check it for debris. He said he wasn't comfortable doing that. Might as well be fired.

They had a special going on of a discontinued product, instead of trying to get me into another item they called around and found the discounted product and saved me over $180! I will use Leslie's faithfully from here on out.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, as with all Leslie's the prices can be high when things aren't on sale.

Horrible store, every time I go in there I leave angry and I'm not normally an angry person. I wish I could've given zero stars. I purchased a new brush and a new pole in June of this year from this store on Tatum & Greenway. The pole bent about 2 months after purchasing it, and doesn't completely retract anymore. I don't have a problem with that. What I do have a problem with is the new brush that broke yesterday. I took it back into the store today to exchange it since it didn't last through 1 pool season. (3+months) I had to wait 30 min to be helped. The manager who was too busy to talk to me himself told the guy behind the front counter that because it has been too long 90 days and that I have a chlorine pool they will not replace it.
What a crock of crap! Pools are expensive and I have spent a lot of money over the last 15 plus years maintaining pools at 2 homes here in the valley. I will never set foot in Leslie's pool stores again. I will drive across town to Perrys on 19th ave. They are great. I'm on my way there now.

They're pretty helpful with all my pool needs and pool supplies are sold at a good price. It's usually pretty busy during the summer, and I've had to wait a good amount of time on several occasions.

I called asking if they had a product for my school chem lab and the guy talked to me like I was a retard. Incredibly rude and unhelpful
