Leslie's Pool Supplies Pro reviews
20 I cant say enough good things about joshua, what an amazing guy. Joshua was very professional, personable, and put my needs first. Kenneth the "manager" on the other hand has alot of learning to do. Due to kenneth refusing to replace a non functioning vaccum he sold me personally only
1 month prior, he forced a commercial account to take our business elsewhere. If leslie pools values their customer service, I would reccomend making joshua manager of the gilbert/baseline location.
Price always comes up when considering Leslie's but in this case, I think Ken at Leslie's at the Gilbert and Baseline location proves in making up w that w excellent knowledgebase and above and beyond customer experience. He fixed my pool creeper on the spot for a reasonable price and provided me a wealth of knowledge, and then called corporate on the spot when a discount code wasnt showing up in my account. Thanks for the wingman assist, Ken. Much appreciated!
Ian helped answer so many of our questions. He helped us understand how to properly take care of our pool. We had been unknowingly putting a "bandaid" on our situation. Ian got to the true problem and helped us efficiently take care of it while being cost effective also. Thank you Ian!
Very personable although the one person didn't know how to do anything so the guy was actually helping everybody kind of all at once but Joshua did a fantastic job at helping three customers at the same time. My pool is now beautiful and blue
Staff is very informative and patient. I appreciate coming here and learning how to beat care for my pool
Store clerk sold me wrong chemicals. Leslie's does not accept returns, so I'm out $75. Worst of all, store clerk chuckled. Sooo not funny that I'm out $75.
Had an awesome experience today at the baseline & Gilbert rd store. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable about what was wrong with our pool vacuum. I showed him my receipt for the work we had done 2 months ago and he fixed what was supposed to have been fixed at the other location. This is definitely our new store for all our pool fixes now. Great job guys!
Make sure you search the internet for prices. They'll price match, which is nice. Their store prices are outrageous othereise!
Good friendly customer service and knowledgeable staff. Luke always does a great job recommending supplies to keep my pool nice and clean.
We just purchased a home with a pool and need to get a few things. When we walked into the store at 1908 E Baseline Rd in Gilbert we were greeted by Devon. He was amazing and extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely be going back to see Devon for all of our pool needs. Highly recommended.
LP Pros is better than regular Leslie's. Formerly NPS, they retained most of the staff. Lots of parts at this one clerks that know what they have and what will work.
As a pool professional I like the selection of parts available at the Pro stores like this one.
Funny that I read comparisons here in the reviews between Leslie Pool and NPS talking about how much better this place is than Leslie Pool since Leslie bought this place and it is no longer an NPS store.
First thing I noticed? The prices all went up.
@Jeff parker. I assume you were going around having your chems checked at various places. Nps is THE most accurate place to have your chems tested. Leslie's is the WORST most innacurrate place. I am a certified pool repair and diagnostic technician that loves NPS.
Walked around the store trying to find a part I needed and finally got in line to ask a question. Super slow and rude staff didn't acknowledge the waiting customers. Ended up walking out and ordering the part from Amazon!
Before evil leslies.
I loved this place the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful the prices are or were half of Leslie's.
Unfortunately they sold to the high price evil empire.
Monopoly sucks.
Bait and switch on their ads. Received the ad on Friday. They were " Out " on Saturday but I could Upgrade. So I did. At LESLIE'S
If you get the mailer with the coupons, the deals are good and stock up. Otherwise, its a few bucks cheaper on the essentials, but not much and not on everything. DONT get your pool water tested there. The machine is not accurate. Test the water yourself elsewhere to avoid the unneeded chemicals. The service is so so, nothing fancy.
They only had 1 person working in the store. It took 40 mins just to get chlorine tablets for my pool.
It was 450pm on a Sunday afternoon when I walked into the location on Val Vista. They didn't have the part I needed, so the guy told me to try his parts store on Baseline and Gilbert. I asked him to call the store and let them know I was 5 mins away. As I walked up to the door, the guy behind the counter ducked out of sight and never surfaced again. I really miss the old ways of customer service when people went out of their way for you instead of doing the bare minimum
