Leslie's Pool Supplies Pro reviews

Might come back after the employees have been rotated. (They shuffle often here)
Edit. They sold to Leslies. Prices 2x higher. Looking elsewhere.
Edit. Do I look like a total idiot to you? Don't answer that! Sorry but very expensive
They test your water for you and let you know what products you need! So easy and they have cool pool stuff!
Awful customer service, incredibly rude, brushed off every question I had with "hire someone" They've lost my business. Overpriced anyways.
First time here, and I felt out of place. But, for a good reason! The employees knew all of the other customers on a first name basis! They are very personable and knowledgeable. Ari helped us out, and was extremely informative about the product we purchased. We will definitely be back! Thanks fellas!
Okay tell me if it's just me.the people work here are kind of rude.they don't acknowledge you they don't say hello it's kind of weird. I went in to get my pool water tested and they start talking all this pool terminology like I'm supposed to know all these chemicals.they definitely need customer service training because they suck. I found a better story that's nicer.
Friendly, helpful staff will answer your pool questions. I never feel rushed or pressured to purchase.
We went in on a Sunday morning to Leslie's Pool Supplies Pro Store and they were pretty busy already but Steve, the manager, took care of everyone's needs like a Pro. He helped us get the items we needed pretty quickly and he even walked us out and helped us load our supplies. This is a great store with friendly, helpful employees like Steve. We will be coming back to Leslie's Pool Supplies Pro Store for all our pool needs for sure.
By far my favorite pool supply store. The staff know their stuff and are honest with their opinions on all things pools and spas. It's not the prettiest store, because it is obviously geared toward the pool pro. I like not feeling like I'm in a boutique where they are trying to market all the most expensive frills to me. I can get frills if I want, there, I just don't walk in and feel like the hard sell is on the moment I enter.
Ari really knows his stuff. Bring in a sample of your water, he'll test it for free and tell you exactly what you need. He never tries to oversell you. He'll suggest what you should have and in my opinion is always right on.
Great place for assistance on pools. Good prices, everyone is very knowledgeable about pools and they are super friendly! Even professional pool guys use them.
My previous review was a 5 out of 5. I am not one that normally leaves poor reviews on anyone. I normally if I get bad service just shrug it off to maybe they were having a bad day. But I am so incredibly on satisfied with this location. I figure they have cost me thousands of dollars over the past few years. I continue to have them give me suggestions, and then later find out their advice was completely wrong. Including, after struggling and struggling and struggling to get my pool clear, spending hundreds of dollars on chemicals trying everything I know how to do, standing in line and overhearing somebody explain to the guy in front of me how to backwash the pool. Why didn’t they tell me that, Six months earlier and save me a whole Lotta trouble? Specifically they told him that you backwash the pool then you turn the backwash off and run it for just a minute or two and then backwash it a second time and that gets all the debris out. So, I will never ever shop at this location again. I will try the one up on bell road by Walmart, and hopefully I will have a better experience.visit this store about every 2-3 weeks, and they are always very kind and helpful. I especially appreciate that when I call them they answer all my pool related questions, even though they are not selling me any product over the phone.
I own my own pool repair and service company. I have never had a problem here, great prices and friendly people. I always recommend them to my clients.
I have been dealing with NPS since they opened a few years ago. I have always found the employees to be very helpful with the problems we encountered with the pool. I highly recommend this company to novice pool owners, they know their stuff!

They are always very friendly and have the best prices that I've seen. They have never tried to up-sale me on anything but genuinely try to fix whatever problems I have with my pool. I bought a house 4 years ago and for the first time had to take care of my pool. It was a steep learning curve but everyone at NPS was very patient and helpful. Sometimes they get very busy on Saturdays and the wait is longer, but well worth it.
Nicely stocked store. Provides anything you could want for your pool needs and knowledgeable staff willing to help troubleshoot problems.
Maybe Leslie's is so popular now because they bought out every other pool store in the valley, like circle K has done. Their prices are 25-50% higher then amazon, but if you need it now, and aren't sure what the part is even called that you need, you'll end up here.
