Leslie's Pro, Maricopa AZ

Come here often as am a local pool maintenance guy. Have a lot of different parts and chemicals. If you need something they usually can order the stuff you need.

Took my Phoenix vacuum in on 7-24.3 people at counter, I'm the only customer. No one even looks up. I ask for help, someone says " it'll be Monday, we'll call. " So I give my number and Monday-Friday no one calls. I go in Friday 7-29 and get " I guess it's not ready. " when I ask why no one has called, No answer! So I ask for the manager to call and he does not. So I go back Monday, 8 days later and guess what, still not fixed. She promises to have manager call. He does not. So I go back Tuesday, 9 days later and no work performed. So I take it to Leslies in Chandler and Jim (my hero) fixes it in 30 minutes while I wait. I have purchased a variable speed pump, Phoenix and lot of chlorine. Guess that doesn't matter. I will never go back. You should not either.

I like Leslie's, but this last visit, there were two customers and three sales reps. We stood around waiting, not sure what that was about!
That being said, the service was very good once it began and we got good guidance.

I was taking care of someone's pool while they were out of town and left instructions to come here with a water sample. Not knowing what to do, the staff was super nice and professional and told me where to go to do it. I would trust them with my pool needs in the future if I had a pool

I don't normally write a review but, my pool vacuum tore a rubber wheel and i needed a replacement, they sold me rubber wheel cleats off the display vacuum for 60.00 I didn't have time to order from Amazon (14.99) so i had no choice but to buy from them. All items in this store are at least triple the price from any other supplier. When i commented on the price the worker told me "well i guess that is the mark up for his gas, his workers gas, store AC" Come on Leslie's you are gouging and ripping off the citizens of Maricopa. Times are hard enough as it is for most people at least you can do is give us a good price to reflect the market. I will recommend everyone drive into Chandler to get your supplies if you are in a bind like i was, you are still saving on gas because of their prices.

Went Saturday morning and Jim was working. I brought in my Vodiac pool vacuum to be fix. Jim replaced the parts within 5 minutes. Jim is very knowledgeable and very friendly.

Very helpful an water testing is good but their chemical prices are double the average price. Wanted to sell me a phosphate remover for $75 and got the exact same thing on Amazon for $35.

The worst! The gal has no idea of what kind of product and parts the store sells and she only knows how to ring up merchandise and test water (however that's questionable?)

Always Great Service here at Leslie's pools in Maricopa, AZ! Our pool sweeper is back up and running the same day I brought it in.it was a simple fix!

Store was well equipped with mercantile. Knowledge staff. Easy to find. High prices that cause me to turn elsewhere other than basic needs. I'm sorry but it's March and they are asking full price for their wares.
What happens when it's summer?

Absolutely great service. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledge. They definitely know customer service. 5 star

James is always extremely helpful. He goes above and beyond and is the reason I'm willing to pay a little more for some things to go there. Ty James!
