Excellent work every time! Been using them for 6+ years for our company's business issues as we don't have an actual IT department. Worth Every penny!

They cheated me. While fixing a completely different problem, the technician disabled my mouse pad. I did not know such a thing was possible and returned it for them to fix my mouse pad. He told me I told him to disable it. Why would I do that when I use it? He went back and changed the old work order so it would read that I requested it to be disabled. When I returned it to "repair" the mouse pad, they charged me $85. I told him to tell his boss, which he did, and the boss backed up the technician.
