LAW FIRM THAT DOES NOT CARE FOR ANYONE! THEY TRAIN THEIR WORKERS TO BE RUDE AND HANG UP ON YOU!

The service they provide is NOT fair. NO stars, The team likes to hang up on you. The law firm is rude to you and will not hear your concerns after the initial set up. They will let you know you are the problem also. I was told I will get a call before they charge so I can allow a few days for decision making which never happened. They also stated the reports will come to you in text or email, also DID NOT happen. I call and call to try and get taken off and get my refund, but they are going to hang up on you every time and they will not assist with what you have concerns about. The contact is hard to a hold of anyone, but they are able to call and call your phone line till they get an answer from you also. NOT A GOOD TEAM! I WISH I CAN GIVE NO STARS! NO STARS!

I have been receiving very pushy phone calls from this company. I have not done business with them and never reached out for their help. I find this very unprofessional and see it as a big red flag. Companies that I've dealt with in that past that conveyed business in this manner were scammers to say the least.

Very nasty and rude when sign up they put you in the wrong plan. Then they charge your account whatever they want and say they don’t see the charges because they are pending transactions. I don’t respect anyone that works for this company.

Got a credit check from these crooks and then they started just taking money out of my account and never provided me with any information about it, don't trust these crooks

Lexington law is a scam.was with them for 6 months paying the 100's.on and off the phone with them asking for an overview of my account, curious of what they were doing to help me and every month was the same.absolutely nothing.i went to cancel with them on month 4 and decided to give them benefit of the doubt one more time when they said they will discount my monthly bill from 109 to 50 dollars and adjust my program to their premium.confirmation emails and all, got my next bill and was charged 129.99.i proceeded to call them and ask whats going on and they told me none of that was true.again i have the emails.so shame on me for giving you another chance.canceled asap.
HIGHLY recommend finding a different company that will actually be beneficial to you

DO NOT WORK HERE! This place is a fucking joke (: if you have a disability they They will find a reason to fire you, they play favorites, and are NOT willing to work with you on anything.

Lexington Laws customer service is top notch. I was and still am very excited to have Eric represent and stand up for inaccurate and false information on my credit report. Horrible service. Signed up for the top level of credit management services. Every time I asked a specific question, all I got were general answers. Tried 8 times! To get someone to help me. How do people, companies stay in business when so inadequate? Super disappointed.

Helped me alot, they removed almost all the negative ones, except 2 lates on a auto loan that Arizona Central Credit Union wouldn't let go from 5 & 6 years ago.so it was worth letting the professionals do it, I've.been recomending them already, I am able to purchase a house now, wouldn't of happened without their help.

Lexington Law was a great, productive start towards fixing my credit. After three months of their aggressive service, my score jumped 60 points. Their customer service is great, but there are times where you could be on hold 20-30 minutes waiting to speak to someone. Also, I wished they offered services beyond just robo-preparing documents to dispute credit discrepancies. If they could expand into the settling of debt also, I would’ve stayed a lot longer. Other than that, they are great!

I'm very satisfied with Lexington! They work very quickly. I believe it took about 6 months for ALL my negative items to be removed from credit. The customer service is absolutely wonderful! Everybody was very helpful and friendly and had answers for all my questions.
