Great personal training programs and in terms of supplements, high quality and still tasty. (E.g. Fruity Cereal Whey Protein does have Sucralose as the last ingredient but negligible amount as nutritional facts have 0g added sugars; Caramel Apple Greens flavored w/ Stevia leaf extract and pineapple juice powder.)
I love that he located here in AZ and uses his own produced! I've had one protein shake I didn't like and with no questions he sent me a new one! Best part, the pre workout doesn't make me feel super shaky or my heart will explode. I've been using these products for a few years now

Really impressed with LFTD. Been using Max Pre and max pump for 2 years now. One of the best work out combos I’ve found. Ingredients are clean and no jittery feeling after using. Have recommended this combo to multiple people who have had the same success.
LFTD is the only supplement brand I have used over the past year and a half. Their Fruity Cereal protein powder tastes so good, even just mixed with water. Their creatine is in pill form, which is super convenient and easy to take. 100% recommend for anything you need supplement wise.
