LGI Homes - Red Rock Village

By far the worse experience we’ve ever had. They made the house look so promising, they had us take pictures in front of the house, and pretty much guaranteed us the house was ours. We terminated our lease earlier than expected because they told us we could move in at the end of the month so we made all our plans around that. One week before they call and tell us that the house is not ours anymore and that they are canceling our contract. We had no where to go and the place we currently in had to be empty and ready to rent in a week. We explained the situation and they did not care at all. They stopped replying/answering the phone because we were trying to find other solutions due to the circumstances. Honestly, would not recommend this company because they’re just trying to get money they do not care about their customers. We were almost homeless because of them.
