Liberty Awnings and Shades, Phoenix AZ

I had a great experience with Liberty Awnings and Shades. Jason did an excellent job explaining the product and the process and was very knowledgeable. The installation was professional and efficient. Caelan, Walter and Gary were friendly, helpful and informative. It's only been a few days, but so far we are loving it.

This is our 4th Liberty Awning. We were so pleased with the 3 we purchased in 2019 we ordered another one for our backyard patio. It was installed today by Walter and Caelan and they did a great job. Both were professional and did a good job making sure we were happy.

We love our new shade, this is our third shade from Liberty and have always had excellent service. From the receptionist, Robert who came to measure to Michael and Sarisha that did the install they listened to our concerns took our advice and acted on it. They showed up on time were very polite and professional. Would highly recommend this company for any shade install.

We had our new patio shade installed today by Walter and Caelan. They were prompt, courteous, professional and quick. In and out of our home in less than an hour. We love the shade on our western exposure window. It will save us tons on electricity to cool the home. The business transaction from start to finish was seamless. Liberty installed my shades this morning and I am extremely happy! Andrew and Sarisha were friendly and so efficient with my install! My salesman, Michael Polzer helped me with 3 separate estimates and subsequent orders/install details. All went beautifully and I am thrilled with the results.

I hired Liberty Awning and Shades to add a sun screen for my south facing patio and two large windows. Andrew and Max did a great job installing the three screens. The sun screens definitely make a huge difference in cooling the house and blocks any glare on the patio tv and in the living room.

My wife and I are more than happy with the product.

It functions better than we had initially hoped. It cools off the patio, essentially it has added to our livable space in Mesa AZ's climate. Walter and Caelan were on time and respected the property as they performed their work. Great at explaining things as they progressed and completed their the installation.

Shade was installed incorrectly and the work was left unfinished. The owner and manager refused to come out, inspect and fix the work despite their employees stating that it was not done properly. Avoid this company - they will not stand by their work and you will be left fixing it yourself.

Installation was completed timely, professionally, and without any issue. Shades were exactly what was ordered and look great. Max and Jeff did our installation and did a fantastic job. Great guys.

My husband and I love our new sunscreen! It’s keeping our patio shaded very well and it looks really nice! The process to get this sunscreen, from consultation to installation was easy and fast (about two weeks). Every person we dealt with, including the installers Walter and Mike, were professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
