Insurance agency has always fixed my car when people aren't paying attention to the road. Accidents happen and I can always count on them for a settlement check money & car repair.

They cancled my policy because a speeding ticket and useing there glass policy most bogus reason ive ever heard not to insure some1 never had that issue with any agency ever and the ticket and glass coverage was over 2 years ago

I wasn't able to pay my bill all at once so I called Liberty Mutual for more time. The woman I talked to told me that I would have 40 days to pay my balance and 2 weeks later I was sent a check for half of what I had paid. When I called to see why, the person I talked to said the woman had informed me of the wrong dates and that now to rewrite a policy I would have to pay for the whole year in advance. So when Liberty Mutuals employees give you the wrong information they punish you after being a loyal customer for 2 years. Most people can't afford to pay for a whole year of coverage right now.

Do not work with Casey Payne Lead Sales Representative.he lies about being able to match your current policy to get your business. After repeating my self many times on the importance of matching my previous policy from Geico and him reassuring me he did, HE LIED! I switched over like 8 months ago and I now need a windshield replaced and I have no coverage! He said we would call me back days ago and never heard back.

If I could give zero stars I would. I paid a year in advance to only be told well were charging 8 dollars a month on top of that. What the hell.

I will never deal with them again and I will never stop telling people about their poor customer support. They take your money just fine though.

The office was very welcoming as were all the agents. I really appreciate how fast Amayrane responded and helped me find insurance.

My car insurance was going to be increased $100. No citations, no accidents. My insurance agent couldn't tell me why. He would look into it and get back to me. Never followed through so I went with progressive. Same coverage but $50 less a month. I just received a letter from a collection agency stating I owed for my final month of coverage. My agent nor anybody else attempted to contact me me.so now it's affected my credit. I sold my home in Arizona in 3 days to move 1500 miles away and been securing housing. Been quite busy. I was not trying to screw you guys JC. Never will I ever recommend this company that conducts themselves in a less than professional manner

Bad choice i made, trusted roadside assistance to tow my car, waited 20 hrs for help, then told i would have to pay $200 for the tow? Then my policy went from a $50 a month payment to $95 and nobody could say why? I finally was told that they showed a missed payment, how can sure pay miss my payment? Everything about this company is fraudulant! Ca nt anyone be trusted?

I have paid well over 10k in insurance, been with them for many years. Had one glass claim and Tow claim resulting in less than 600 dollars worth of claims and got
My insurance cancelled.
