Liberty Pawn Shop reviews
11Worst customer service. Gentleman behind the counter offended me right off the bat by insinuating my jewelry was stolen. Little did he know if he would have checked the griddles of the diamonds, he would have seen the certification I. D numbers through G. I. A. I have the documents to prove my ownership which I would have shown him if he would have given me a sufficient offer, however He gave me a lowball offer which is OK … I know what my things are worth and I know my worth as a customer. I would NOT recommend.
Badass array of guns airsoft paintball and bb. They even had a gold cartel pistol. It was dope!
Stop rushing your customers out the store when they are in the middle of a transaction. 2nd time this happens to me. Dude in the glasses cut me off 2 mins away from getting back my firearm he had a little attitude as well. I'm a loyal paying customer and always want to come back but not after this 2nd time.
Very good people been going there for a while one of my favorite stories to buy my pistols
Been going here over 14 years have always felt a personal connection between the owner and myself have bought countless guns and even sold some maybe there’s better quality maybe there’s better prices, but to walk into a store and to be viewed as a person where the owner calls me by my first name every time and ask me about stuff I’m doing in my life and actually remember it is beyond priceless Mike hope you never shut this place down I can’t see myself doing business anywhere else
This is my go to place for a pawn shop, i have had the best customer service there and it feels like a small town shop were everyone seems to know everyone that walks in the door.
I've actually been a customer here for about 7 years now. Bought my first rifle at 18 years old here. But today was the first time I got some rude customer service for asking about a zpapm70 rail attachment for a ACOG. Don't belittle me if I don't know exactly what I'm talking about. Still gonna give it a try and see how it goes next time.
Not the biggest selection of used firearms, but a good place to pick up something basic.
A good place to get a fair price on a gun other gunshops don't want to bother with.
I always found the staff helpful, reasonable and respectful.
Been there twice and both time were a great experience. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. Went all over Tucson and they both times gave me the best price.
Always fair to deal with.only thing worth noting- the tax rate in this area is crazy high- so remember that when buying/negotiating but it's not their fault. Still, for a small/mom and pop shop- they're one of the best.
Worst customer service experience. First time in this pawn shop. I've been to them ALL shopping for different firearms and electronics. I went in on a tuesday morning at 930 am, I was greeted and asked if I needed anything. I ask to see a few weapons and ask if I could dry fire. No problem. I even complimented them on the good price of a brand new AR pistol. Until I mentioned the price of another SINGLE HANDGUN that I saw for lower price online. As soon as I said "online" the guy didnt want to show me anymore firearms and told me never dry fire a gun here. I thought he was joking at first! Then he wanted to argue and said that he isnt an online showcase. Excuse me sir? I'm a paying customer with money in my pocket. You are FOREVER going to have online competition, the difference is going the EXTRA MILE for the people IN STORE. You WILL loose customers over this.
