Always really nice and take their time to make sure taxes are done right. Been doing business with liberty tax for ten years and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Best spot in town. I do my taxes here for years now and they always are quick and they know what there doing. I recommend this place to everyone!

Horrible the woman who I had a appointment with! Was answering phone calls and serviceing customers as they walked in just leaving me sitting there while the manager was in back doing nothing I got my stuff and walked out very unprofessional and they should both let go

I am writing this review for the sole purpose of complimenting Stacey. Never have I had such a pleasant experience doing taxes! Stacey was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and FAST. My mother and I were both able to file our taxes in less than an hour! I highly recommend this Liberty Tax location…ask for Stacey!

I just did a walk in in 2020 because everyone couldn’t go get their taxes done on account of Covid. Teri was happy to help me even squeeze me in because it wasn’t too time consuming no depends etc. Teri was by far the best ever! Great customer service and then some. 2021 I got a voicemail from her to come back. I was very please to know she was still at that location. I tried to use TurboTax and credit karma to do my taxes only to get $75 back and paid nothing to get my taxes done when I could pay her $100+ to get them done correctly and get a $600 return I won’t ever use TurboTax again. Even if its free. Highly recommended Teri and this location.

Hello, Our experience the last couple of years at this location and with Ms. Terri has always been handled with positive and professional courtesy. Ms. Terri our agent has been very good contacting and scheduleing us for our annual Tax preparation. Fortunately for us our outcome and experience has been a positive one.
