I come here every year for my taxes. Not only are these reps in great moods they also are very knowledgeable. I always come with a long list of questions and they never seem phased by it. Plus, that referral system is where it's at!

I've been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. Roxanne the owner she is the best. I can ask her 1 question 15 different ways and she has never been rude.always answered all my dumb questions with patient and kept a smile on her face.

They were so polite and respectful. Everyone has a wonderful attitude in this office. My taxes were prepared super fast & no information was left unclear or overlooked. I'm glad I went there.

This place was awful, the owner i believe she is was just rude, she told my fiance and i that she would waive the filing fees since we both came in together but when we went back she decided to not only yell at us but publicly humiliated us! I will never file with you guys! Learn some better costomer service.i may need to call the Better Business Bureau!

My husband & I filed our taxes here for 2014 in Feb 2015. The owner who was also our filer, was fantastic. She was patient and kind, she explained what we could or couldn't use as business expense tax write offs. Very helpful
