Customer service in this store is not so great. You will think will be a bit nicer with the over price merchandise. Online is going to takeover if doesn't get better.

Used to be a great place to go for hats a few years ago but now I've noticed they don't have the same variety of selections and their prices keep jumping up! Will not be back!

Phoenix Suns Finals Game 6.on game day I go to this location to buy a Suns hat. Doors say they open at 10 AM, I arrive at 10: 29 to doors that are locked and the employee inside sees me jiggle the doors and says “come back at 11” and then goes in the back. I wonder does management or even Lids company know that what these employees are doing? Why would they lock their doors 29 minutes after opening? ON FINALS GAME DAY? ! Anyways I couldn’t wait until 11 because I was on my way to the airport.then later that day the Suns lost the Finals because I wasn’t repping them in my hat that never got purchased. Thank you Lids location in the Tanger Outlets for nothing

If I can do zero stars I would, the Hispanic light skin guy big guy working today was super rude! I tried asking for help and getting he’s attention right in front of him and he plain ignored us the whole time I had to raise my voice “hello “ so he could actually talk to me! He definitely knew I was trying to talk to him. The girls where just goofing around no help, they seem not to take their jobs serious. My 4 year old daughter even noticed said “mommy we don’t belong here” we sure don’t, will never bring my business here!

Store employees aren't helpful, place is suppose to be open at 10 and doors are still closed and it's dark, no answer from phone. Worst place with over priced hates

This store states that it closes at 9 but we just got here at 741pm and the store is closed? We drove at least 20 minutes to get here and for them not to open and plus the guy didn’t even want to look at us!

I’ve come here to this location 2 separate times and I’ve had to walk out both because they seem to not believe in face masks as they NEVER wear them. They will have them around their chin, hanging off, or not even have one at all. On the outside of the store they have a sign saying that customers need faces masks to enter but I guess they don’t need any to work.

I was disappointed to see that not all employees were wearing face masks or social distancing. Needless to say I left the store after noticing this.

Still haven't made a purchase from this location but 5 stars because the staff is awesome. Informative and engaging.
