Life Care Center of Tucson reviews
18Super nice and competent staff. Very clear and prominent signage throughout facility. Festive decor inspires my mom, makes it warm and friendly. Good security. Signage… can’t say enough, best in Tucson. Good Job Everyone! Love you! (Except for Rebecca)
I have been trying to visit my Father at night over the last week Night shift doesn't answer the "West entrance" buzzer, or the telephone. I had a day nurse tell me last Saturday about this and she said quote " night crew is sketchy" end quote. This place needs to stop denying family visits. On one occasion I did see Dad at night. However, it was only because people were coming out already. Based on my personal experience, I would suggest that if you wish to see your loved ones, you should get there before 4: 30 when the main lobby closes.
Thank you for all your help, it has been a pleasure. Thank you therapy, social services and nursing. I am
impressed with how hard people work.
"My aunt was at Life Care last month and seeing her recover at home makes me so happy, the staff was caring and attentive to her needs, my cousins were so pleased with the services. Therapy, nurses, cnas and social services thank you so much. You have been a great resource not just to my aunt but to others in the community, God bless you! "
I was very impressed with the interaction with all the residents, I have been 6 weeks. I came with a wound and weak, the therapy it was above above standard. Staff amazing and helped with my recovery. The wound team did an amazing job and all the attention I received was above and beyond. Is a big resource to have Skill Nursing Facilities, take advantage of the resources available and dnt be afraid. I can say that Im ready to go home happy and healthiere. Thank you so much and keep up the great work! God Bless you
I love this facility! I have MS and have to go inpatient and rehab at least annually. I will not go to another nursing care facility. It is clean, well taken care of, and the staff is incredibly responsive to the patient’s needs.
I would place my mom here for long term and I already tell all my friends that if they are ever in need, this is the place! Check them out!
Very pleased with services and would recommend people to come and use services. I would come back if necessary. Thank you staff
We àre from NM my mom was sent here w an emergency. It's been hard on our family to be w our mom, staff here has been amazing and like family. We have not had a better experience any where else. We love you guys thank you.
The staff here treated my mom with love and compassion. They were attentive and helpful with her recovery. We had experienced other care centers this one by far was the best.
The facility staff were amazing. Martha and Leticia were always so helpful and attentive to details. Nurses work so hard and they care so much for patients. I am so happy to go home knowing that they took care of me. Their compassion is beautiful.
We were in skilled for 3 weeks, due to severe MVA. First night there took 1hour an 10 min to answer his call light. Then NO pain medication available, even though was ordered every 4 hours. With discharge NO- PT or OT therapy ordered. Even though he just started walking, remains unstable. Due to fractured pelvis, fractured bil legs upper and lower. Fractured right upper arm and fractured right wrist. Fractured left forarm with large skin graft. Fractured neck. He has NO movement to left arm. He REALLY NEEDS THERAPY. VERY POOR DISCHARGE.
Staff very friendly, attentive to our Mom and we are a family from out of town. They have made an attempt to care for our Mom to work on physical therapy. Where her own hometown of Las Cruces New Mexico the Cascadia Rehab center we’re very unprofessional with our 90 year old Mom. Kudos to Tucson Lufecare Center! Thank you
Lifecare has been a staple in the skilled nursing and long term care field for a very long time. The staff at this facility are incredible and it shows in their care patients. I would recommend lifecare center of Tucson for patients care.
The staff here is compassionate! They genuinely care about their patients. The facility is clean. And the food is good! Highly recommend for your loved one.
I am having a experience I've never been though. All andAll the nurses and staff are very friendly. I thank God for places like this that for people that need help.
My currently fighting them to keep my father in law. He fell broke his leg and barely did anything for him. He has pneumonia and bed sore and healing broken ribs from another fall. They’ve not try to shower him and was told to do appeal to extend his stay cause insurance was running out gave 24 hours to do it. They told us they couldn’t do cause it was a conflict of interest. He saw his ortho today and they said he can’t be sent home. He can’t even transfer and been in adult diapers all time. Trying to explain with my health and jobs and my father in law not ready to be discharged. Case management lack communication. The house doctors are ok with everything. They by are the worst and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
The staff was GREAT! All the nurses were very kind as well as the rehab staff. I only had 1 nurse that was not nice at all. But the rest you couldn't ask for people any better to take care of me. All the way down to the CNA's on staff. My only complaint was the food. If you were in your room, the food got to your room was cold. And most of the time it wasn't very tasty. But Every once in awhile it was pretty good. Lol!
I came here after a car wreck. I have 2 burst fractures in my back. I couldn't walk without being in severe pain. But these people here helped me with PT and OT and now I'm going home after 2 weeks. The food was good, the people here really friendly too.
