I've been using lifestorage for over a year. When you reside in different countries and keep things in storage, on occasion you my need to trust someone else with you lock code or key and your access code to enter your storage unit. As much as we trust a person, we really don't know what anyone will or will not do. But, with the way your facilities are designed and the individual assigned access code and cameras, I've never felt so safe and secure with the knowledge that I can request an access report which timestamps entry and exit and can then isolate video for that time. If necessary change the access code.
It's also, so important that facility management is consistent. In the storage industry, typically there is a high turnover in facility personnel. I feel comfortable knowing that Victor is there and has an awareness of who we are, even if we are rarely there. So, your business model is doing everything right. For me, I find value in the features and they are worth the cost

Obsessed with this place. I came over after a terrible experience at Public Storage and this place has been AMAZING! So clean, so safe to be there alone. Victor the manager is INCREDIBLE and always goes above and beyond to help anyone here, every time I'm here. I've upgraded and moved and rented additional units etc and every experience has been nothing short of pleasant. They take security seriously and I feel great about having my stuff stored here! Victor and Mauricio are super helpful and got us set up with the perfect unit. They answered all our questions and were extremely easy to work with to make sure all our needs were met. They answered all our questions and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. 10/10 Would recommend their services!

Clint helped with instructions for how to use the new lock system, and haul off bulky items to the dumpster. He also helped me choose the best option for saving money based upon my needs. Most importantly, he was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Victor is such a great help and made my whole process moving in and moving out such a breeze! I was a customer for just shy of 3 years and would definitely return to this location! I might add, I never saw ONE bug in my unit. Highly recommend!
