I've had many storage units and many places. This place is easily the best, easiest, nicest one. Just an overall nice experience. Highly recommend.

They proactively considered the size of space needed and made suggestions. The price was very reasonable, they were friendly and knowledgeable about the space and the administrative work needed to complete the contract.

Tyler was friendly and efficient. We accomplished what was necessary in approximately five minutes.

Doug was amazing in getting me all set up! So helpful and thorough and friendly while also working to get me out on time to get to an appointment. Just over the moon service and I am so grateful for such an easy in and out process.

Edit to add: been here a couple years now and moving out as the price has gotten too expensive for me. However, this place is definitely worth it for those who are trying to decide between facilities. It's always clean, it's well managed, the gate is always working (some places aren't so lucky) and keeps anyone who doesn't belong their out which keeps my stuff safe. I've never had any issues the whole time I've been here. They are very accommodating! When I first bought my lock from them, the key broke and they just swapped it out! I mean truly, they make this such a good experience. If I could afford to stay, I would.

I called and shopped at so many different places. Life Storage was amazing! Dan Higgins is awesome! He is so helpful and explains everything to you without leaving any information out. Some places are shady and have hidden fees or only give you the rate for the first month then charge you twice- if not more- after the first month. But Dan and life storage have been so open and honest and tell you everything! I love this place and will definitely use them again. Thank You Dan Higgins for all of your help you have provided for me and my family! A+

Life store at flowing wells provide the best customer service. They are always friendly and helped make the move-in process very simple. I like the fact that we do not need to sign any paperwork anymore as it is all completed electronically. Dan give me a great customer service

I had to down size my daughters storage room, and Dan was very helpful with that. Dan asked what we we had left to put into storage, I told him and he got us the right storage room. I was very grateful for his help since I’ve never had to rent a storage room. Plus the monthly charge was very reasonable, and easy to set up. I walked out with my lock and keys which i purchased right on site.
