They are not Life Well. Their housing units are Wild Wild West. Not a Company to be trusted hence their website options. Really bad company that monetizes from State and Federal funds while having no honor to really serve their clients like they deserve.

Hello I’ve read some of these reviews. Some of the individuals that made comments without fully knowing each staff is WAY OFF!
It’s not easy conducting a job like these staff try and do!

I transfered to Lifewell. 2 years ago (?) I haven't been disappointed.since 1997Very Disappointed. The Only person I really enjoy 'dealing' with is my Psych Doctor. I am surprised he hasn't 'Tranferred' to a better position yet

Horrible place. Dont go here for any mental health issues or for housing. They treat clients bad and no one seems to know how to do their jobs. A bunch of lazy case managers who are under qualfied for their jobs

This is an SMI clinic. A really large one. Service is pretty typical from case managers. Meaning bad. They book appointments without telling you or checking to see if it's ok with you. They aren't good at returning calls. They are good about calling you to remind you of your appointments. My prescriber is NP called Adam and I do like him. He's not the best ever but he seems like he cares and he does remember you when you see him. Overall a typical overworked clinic like all of them.

Better if your not happy here to voice your concerns than suffering in silence. Some times speaking your own truth pays off in help. I found this was the case recently.

The mental health services in this state stink. People here do seem to be sincere in their desire to provide a better than average variety of services. We will see...

UNORGANIZED! COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE STAFF & CLIENTS STINKS, & THE "south central site is unprofessional as well". Overall, this Organization isssssss The pits

They don't do anything they don't have to do if you don't pressure they won't do it that's not what they are there for supposed to be here to help you

My honest review: they're not the best.but I have seen far worse. The only complaint is that they change case managers on people a lot. From my own experience and from what I've heard. I've been going since I was pretty young and they have a lot of good services and if they are not responsive just keep in mind things could be a lot worse and sometimes someone else may need more help at the moment. Personally I am grateful to them. They didn't change my life but did make it easier. Thank you.

I broke an ankle, in house famous for staff and treatment of the patients. I could wheel all over the hall till meals were served. I had FUN!

In 3 years' duration, I've had six different case managers, three psychiatrists. I finally found one that I love, Dr. Engle. However, this place needs to seriously rethink how and who they hire. Some of the staff are so rude it's unbelievable. No, they do not return phone calls. I literally have to call them every hour until I get ahold of someone. My case manager is under trained, under qualified. And if you want your cab rides set up - that's an entirely new headache. It's taken my CM over three weeks to set up my transportation CORRECTLY. Nightmare. One last thing, if you have PTSD and want trauma counseling- forget it. I've been asking for 3 years to get help. But no. They just push more medication at me. I just want to talk to someone.

In the 6 months my family member has been a client there she still has not seen a prescriber. We were interviewed for a treatment plan but then NO follow up. I am appalled at the absolute lack of services. They have done NOTHING to help. I think that the employees try to do a good job but management should all be fired. This place is a joke!

This is the clinic I go to the quite helpful have a lot of resources just kept very clean staff is very polite courteous and helpful

I go there and I also get mental health services and they do great service to make sure each of their clients is taken care of and everything is doing great work

This place is always really busy and chaotic. They assign way too many people to the case managers which makes them too busy to even help. I also really disliked the new therapist who replaced the one I was seeing. I have to go to another location for therapy. I do like the doctor I'm seeing there.

My experience at Lifewell has been horrible. I have not been able to see a doctor in over 8 months. They told me if I don't like how they are that I should go to another clinic. They are rude and uncaring. It is very disturbing.

It used to be better. More personal, before they moved. A lot has changed since I started going there in 2014.

Scheduling terrible, call backs & falllow up/thru terrible, place is nothing but confusion, & no follow thru? Don't return calls, turnover of staff, rampid, a new psychiatrist, q 2/3 months? Go without meds/
TERRIBLE (I've had 6? Or more case Managers in approx 6 mths) ?
