I am in Tucson visiting from Oregon and needed more portable oxygen cylinders. Evidently Lincare in Oregon didn’t have a current rx in the system so Nelson and another employee helped me get my rx faxed to them and sent me on my way with full o2 tanks and cannulas. They were so professional and kind. Great customer service! Thanks!

Michael came and checked my concentrator and did a fantastic job of teaching me about how to change the filter. He also changed out my oxygen cannula and lines. It was a very informative visit and I really appreciate the time and efforts he used to make sure I am getting the proper oxygen level.

No one should ever use this service. Repeatedly failed to deliver nutritional formula to a patient on a feeding tube, didn't advise of delays, never answers phones. Had to scavenge formula from a local hospital to cover for the company's failures. Tucson and Phoenix offices were nonresponsive (eternal holds) and Texas-based distribution personnel could have cared less about depriving a cancer patient of her nutrition. If a hospital case manager tells you they will be supplying you through Lincare, plead with them to use some other company.

I called Lincare on Monday to request replacement oxygen bottles and to have somebody look at the regulator that goes on the oxygen bottles because it did not appear to be working correctly. Dave came out the next day Tuesday with replacement oxygen bottles and a new regulator. It took a whole 15 minutes. Great job Dave.

I travel often and my wife has gotten o2concentrators from Lincare all over USA. Never had so much trouble with any of them as Tucson. If we could give 0 stars, we would. They gave us a faulty concentrator, alarms going off all night, no sleep. Called the next morning, they assured me it was simply a hose connection problem and I needed to adjust them at the next destination. Next night, same thing. 2 days vacation, no sleep. Called next day, they told me I’m out of their area, not their problem and I needed to drive 1.5 hours to another town to exchange there. Called Flagstaff who were beyond awesome. Came within the hour, picked it up, gave me an actually functioning concentrator and we carried on with vacation. Back in Tucson I called Lincare to remind them to pick it up. They said the original order was for pick up in 5 more days and the hotel would have to store it for them. Not so, but they would not accept responsibility - original order was changed by Tucson to accommodate their own schedule, in fact. Thank goodness the hotel was okay with storing it. Too bad … Tucson is a great town but the Lincare service is the Worst. Ever. Lousy customer service, lousy, faulty equipment, lousy phone help … come on Lincare, you can do better than this. Thanks for nearly ruining an expensive, anniversary vacation. And many many many thanks to Lincare Flagstaff who are our heroes - cheers to Dan and Jose.

Canceled Preferred Care and changed to Lincare for my mother's O2 needs yesterday!

Lincare was so helpful setting up the exchange of equipment over the phone.

José is the gentleman who arrived with the Lincare equipment. His explanations were clear and he checked for our understanding before moving on to the next set of instructions. He made eye contact, smiled, and was patient.

We are so happy to have Lincare's service!

Literally the worst. Incompetent phone answering staff. Driver was okay. Blamed issues on their scheduling system. Took SIX WEEKS for them to pick up equipment (with phone calls from me twice a week minimum!), during which they were happily billing my insurance! Only use them if you're willing to go into their office if you need anything. Highly do not recommend. 0 stars.

My portable concentrater was turning off after 35 minutes. Tried 3 times to use it. Called Lincare in a Saturday, office closed, directed me to answering service. She was very polite. Lincare representative called. Said they could pick it up on Tuesday. Take 4 weeks to repair. Offered me tanks on Tuesday. Thats only 4 days I can't go anywhere. I'm 80 and not wrestling tanks in and out of the back end of a Baby SUV.they can't give me the replacement because they cost over a thousand dollars. They don't have any more. My insurance company will respond on Monday. Will also call my Lung Dr. Who says, "don't leave home without that oxygen ". 3rd time I've had lousy service from this company. Must be the only one in Tucson, or I'm sure it wouldn't be operating.

The website for Lincare is terrible. The only easy task is to make payment to them. The site sends the patient around and around. Try to find a more user friendly company.

Waited over 7 months for POC, then only received after working with complaint line.
Not customer service oriented.

I requested oxygen since I would be flying to Tucson and staying in the area. Lincare dropped off the machine early to ensure I had it when I arrived. Lincare picked it up when done.
