Lindsay Peters, Realtor, Pinetop-Lakeside AZ

My husband and I decided a few years ago that we wanted to buy a condo in Pinetop. We called on a listing and met up with Lindsay Peters. She showed us what we ask to see, which was not what we wanted at all, and then took us to see what she felt we were describing. We loved it, made an offer, and then when sellers would not fix a few problems we backed out of purchase. About 10 months later we again called Lindsay Peters to show us some properties. She again showed us what we asked to see, which we did not like, and knowing what we liked, took us to the perfect property. After 2 years, due to medical problems we contacted Lindsay Peters to list our property. Her office already had a client looking for what we were selling and we sold a few days later. 2 years later we felt like we had medical problems taken care of and we again called Lindsay Peters to ask her to show us some property we saw on line. We did this for about 4 months, and each time we called her she would accommodate our schedule to view homes. We made 3 different offers that were all turned down, but each time, no matter what or when we called she would set up appointments for us to view condo or homes. She then took us to see a house she thought fit our description and we fell in love with it and purchased the home. 10 months later the health problems came back and we called Lindsay again to list our home. She promptly came the next day with the photographer and home was listed the next day. Within 2 days we had a signed contract with full offer and with her constant keeping up with the lender and other realtor we closed 4 days early. We would highly recommend Lindsay Peters as a very competent realtor who listens and cares that her clients receive what they are looking for when buying or selling.
