My partner and I like it here so far. We've been moved in for about a month. The move in was easy. We didn't tour a unit before signing the lease bc there wasnt a unit to tour, which had us a little nervous. The unit is good though, it was clean and the paint job/ repair work is decent. Theres things that could be done better, but overall nothing that warranted immediate attention. We havent seen a single bug and it's starting to get warm so that's great. I like the feel of the complex, its quiet here. If you hear loud people it's most likely the big house next to the complex. We plan on staying here for a while:)

I did leave a upsetting review before but there was a recent change in management and its literally a breathe of fresh air. Jessica and maintenance are really quick to respond to our problems. There's even a grapefruit and orange tree we can pick from! I give a 4 out of 5 because of the washer/dryer being small but thankful there is one in the unit.

I've lived here for the past year and honestly, it's been great. They've put in a lot of work to make the place cleaner and safer. It's quiet, I can always get in contact with Jessica who works in the office, and when I had issues with finding a new home (we got a puppy and were looking for a house with a backyard) the management understood and worked with us on extending our lease without a hassle. The apartments are also awesome at the price. I 100% recommend living in this complex, the management is awesome, the residents I've been in contact with are awesome, it's just overall a great place to make home.

I would have to agree with everyone else, the first year was great until it came to renewing our lease. Communication is HORRIBLE and maintenance is a joke. They come one week and never to be seen again after that.

I’ve been living here for a year. So far they’ve had several managers. Every single one of them lacks in communication and there never seems to one main point of contact with someone.
I made the mistake of signing a new lease because I didn’t want to move in the summer, right after I signed it I told them I changed my mind and wanted to move out.
Inside the apartment it’s run down, bad tiling, horrible electronics and cheap decor. Also they have a HUGE roach problem.
Definitely would not recommend!

My biggest likes about Lion Tempe is the quiet neighborhood, spacious and updated apartment, and the gated parking. Highly Recommend.

I Call Every Couple Days Leave Messages To Inquire About An Apartment, I Called About 8 Times, Left 4 Messages, Not One Call Back,

The person running this place has ONE representative. She never answers her phone, the mailbox is always full, and it's just ridiculous. I'm assuming this place is ran by ghosts, because no one ever responds. Don't waste your time. I tried so hard to an apartment home here and was disappointed. With a staff like this I probably wouldn't wanna love here anyways.
