With cash in hand they were unable to take any new orders because their online system is down.

I asked if I could do anything or get a coupon for my time wasted.

What is the point of having a physical store if you only take orders online? Possibly the worst experience I had.

Went to Zeke’s Pizza instead.

Great experience at this little ceasers. My favorite employee is Tucker he always welcomes the costumers with open arms and is the kindest person ever.

Terrible customer service! The people working at this location today April 14th 2022 at 7: 30pm should be fired. The 3 that interacted with my wife were incredibly rude. Lost our order then called us liars

Why would you not have a cheese pizza available at 6p? I thought hot abs ready was available during evening hours. No management there, so the kids don’t care. That’s not there fault it’s lack of mgmt.

ABSOULUTLY Horrible! I would not recommend going in when the big Latina is working. She is rude to the STAFF & CUSTOMERS.
She's on some mighty god complex trip or maybe the braces are too tight.
I don't understand why people get into the customer service industry, if they are going to act like they hate their job, and everyone around them. She does not have to work here.

I was scouting lunch places to order for my employees, & also
I wanted to ask about gift cards to handout during our holiday parties coming up.
Her urban attitude toward customers and staff was abrasive and shocking to say the least!
I hope for the company sake they will look into their videos, and reviews.
As I was contemplating on writing this, I read the reviews and I was reassured it was not only I who felt this way.

Very rude female working front on Sunday morning 10: 30 demanding our code or we could not pickup our paid for to go order. No customer skills.

The service here is always terrible. They automatically charge you for the 7 dollar pizza even when specified otherwise. My son went in for an order, they blamed the pizza quality in his personal opinion though it was clear it had been sitting for too long. Disgusting.

Good pizza. Good price. If you want to pay $20 for a fancy pizza, that place is down the street - this place is under $10 for a good pizza. The guy who helped me was outstanding.

Good pizza, right on time. Good service, got in and got out, less then 5 minutes. Also good customer service.

I have always ordered a Custom pizza through their app, and it has always turned out to be what you dream a pizza to be!

The manager here is extremely rude to customers and her staff! I went here a couple days ago to get some pizzas ordered by a co-worker of mine. I arrived and told them my order, they said it was still being made. I waited about 10 minutes from that point, along with two other people who were waiting on separate orders, when the manager came back out and asked what order I was waiting on when I told her she said it had been ready for a few minutes in their heated storage thing. I asked why no one had told me it was ready and she said she thought I knew. She yelled at her employee for trying to help a customer instead of some meaningless task. Just a rude terrible manager! And my co-workers were very unhappy with the dry stale peppers on one of the pizzas. I get it's little Caesars and you get what you pay for but this location is lousy even for their standards! Should be negative stars! Go down the street to mod pizza or Peter piper, both are a million times better and much friendly staff!

A big thank you to the staff at this location especially Josh who is the definition of customer service! My wings weren't ready, which happens on a busy friday evening, but Josh came through and expedited my order while throwing in a freebie to make up for it. Thanks again everyone!

My hot and ready pizza took about 30min, employees were in the back and I could them on their phones while my pizza was ready but nobody at the register could take some time to assist customer's waiting for their order

Not a fan of their pizza. It tastes like you're eating cheesy cardboard and not very cheesy at that. Honestly you get what you pay for here. I'll pass.
