Little Caesars Pizza reviews
16What a waste of my time. We placed an online order around 12 p.m. On May 14th for a carry-out pizza and breadsticks. We drove to the store, only to find the lights off and the doors locked. No one was in there. Another gentleman and I were knocking on the door and looking through the window, but no one was there. Now, I've wasted money on an order that I never received! I don't understand how or why the store would imply they're open, when in reality they were closed during normal business hours. I'd like my money back.
Never open when they should be. Arrived at 7pm and they were closed. They never answer their phone.
My pizza wasn't cooked long enough. The dough was soggy. I couldn't skip it across the lake
Ordered online on a Sunday - paid online - and when I arrived the establishment was closed. Apparently they are closed on sundays. Why did website accept my order and payment on a Sunday? How frustrating.
I’m rating this location so high because the establishment itself should not be responsible for a few irresponsible people that may have worked there in the past. The food is usually always good and most everybody that works there works hard and is friendly. I realize this place has grown a sort of reputation for employing lazy teenagers, but from my experience that has been a rare occurrence to see. Don’t blame the whole crew on a couple bad eggs! Most of the people that work there have a good work ethic and work hard. Thanks guys, don’t get discouraged and keep up the good work!
Not sure why this location consistently under cuts the pizza. We always have to tear it apart with our little fingers.
Where's the pretzel? First time the pretzel pizza came out, actually tasted like a pretzel crust. This was a soggy white crust with salt on the rim.
Pretty good actually, fast ish service great food nice employees and most of all a pretty clean store.
It's 6 p.m. On a Monday and they're closed and obviously have been for some time. Their own website notes this location is open until 8 p.m. Or apparently not as it turns out.
Everything went very efficiently. It of course isn't in the same league as high dollar pizza but it's good for the price you pay. Especially loved the pretzel crust.
This little Caesars never answers the phone I called 5 times and no one answered. This isn’t the first time I’ve had trouble with this place
Staff members look at you funny when you ask for a pizza.acting like it’s not even a pizza shop. Felt like we were a burden just walking in there. Staff member “Jay” is horrible and whoever else was in there for 3/29. To the owner, you should just close the establishment if all you can find is irresponsible lazy employees. Nothing was “hot n ready” like the slogan says.crickets in there and not a pizza was ready. The fact that there’s a similar review to mine from another random gentleman 3 months ago and nothing has changed just shows the owners incompetence.
The last few times we've gone it's either been closed early or the ingredients were off a little.
Think it's new staff, super friendly especially who I think was the owner. Made sure my food was right super kind, pizza was good and overall a better experience then I'm used to a little Caesars so I'm very glad with this location
Going to have to change my review down to 2 stars foods mostly on point most times But I'm gonna have to call out lazy ownership and lazy upper management Continuously in the past couple months had issues trying to call in Orders With no answer and continuous issues with the hours they keep closing early with no posting Online not that hard to update hours To be honest I rather this place closed down and not have the option than the continuous disappointment
Terrible work ethic. Every time I try calling no one answers. I then drive in and it’s a bunch of kids yelling and cursing in the back complaining about dishes. This has happened over 5 times now.
Staff seemed annoyed they had to make an order. Cursing and goofing off in the back. I was sitting in their one chair looking around while waiting and became worried about the hygiene of this place, like no one had cleaned in a while. Once I got my order I hurried home and my order was incorrect. On top of that one of the pizzas that I DID get was barely cooked and was still just wet dough. Tried to call the store to inform them and no one ever answered. Let it ring for a long while before auto disconnected. We put it in the oven and it was edible about 10 minutes later but I’ll never be coming back here again and will actively tell everyone I know to avoid it. Better off closed.
