Little Caesars Pizza, Phoenix AZ

Went into store and got completely ignored. Went outside and ordered online in store parking lot.

I love Little Caesars they have great customer service and make sure your order is correct and fast.

This location is always busy, but it can keep up with the demand. The staff is very proficient with their work. I visit this location about 2 to 3 times per week and they have not disappointed me yet.

Took forever to receive an order placed through the app. Was only one Pizza, a "hot and ready". Took twenty minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready.

Embarrassing you can't teach your staff to see if a order is ready. How incompetent are the 3rd world citizens you hire. 4$ hour is what they deserve.

Never hot and ready, ready to get sued?

Well. I AM A BIG FAN OF THE OFFICIAL PIZZA OF THE nfl. I GUESS THIS LOCATION IS NOT CAPABLE OR MAYBE DOES NOT OFFER THE HOT AND READY MENU.
EVERY TIME I VISITED WHICH IS VERY OFTEN. NOTHING IS READY NOT EVEN THE 5 or now 6 DOLLAR PIZZA. AND MOST DEFINITELY A 45 MINUTE WAIT TIME IF YOU ORDER. WELL FOR ME THAT DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF HOT AND READY. WHICH SO HAPPENS TO BE THE REASON I AM A BIG FAN of LITTLE CEASERS I FOUND A WAY AROUND THAT BY ORDERING ON LINE BUT IF I AM GONNA ORDER ON LINE THEN THAT DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF LITTLE CEASERS HOT AND READY. TO TAKE THE TIME TO ONLINE AND PICK UP IS FOR OTHER STYLES OF EATERIES AND WHAT THEY OFFER.

Worst service ever ever 20 people waiting for amost 1 hour. It happen sunday at 545 pm. Everybody were so mas and those kid they work there did not care they just were ignoring people so bad. What is wrong with management on this area?

Delicious every time. I ordered from home on my phone, then when I went to pick up, my order was waiting in this oven thingy where I simply put in my order number and it unlocks the door to the shelf that my order is sitting on. I saw other peoples orders in there as well but each one is locked behind its own door on its own shelf. I have never seen one of those before but it was pretty cool! Didn't have to wait in line either. It was right there next to the cash register so I was able to just walk up to it and grab my order. 21st century life indeed.

Worst Little Caesars I've been to. The employees seem to hate their job & it shows by the rude way they treat you & by the terrible service. STAY AWAY from this one.

Quickly back to 1 star. I'm hard of hearing. I use the app because of this. I told the cashier I'm hard of hearing. She refused to speak up. Can't read her lips due to mask. How are we supposed to communicate? !? Never again. I'll go elsewhere.

Don't go to the in Lee plaza in phx they a young manager who hourse plays with his employees eats will making the pizzas and is on his phone. When we said something he refused us service. They don't practice good food peperation

No hate to the employees but my pizza said it would be ready at 7: 47 it’s 8: 30 now with no pizza and about 15 people are waiting with online orders too. No options for refund so I can go somewhere else either.

The app told me a certain time to pick up and I received my order 15 later than estimated.

This location has waiting problems always ordering from the app and when time comes the still says that there's a wait for like an hour o more never ordering again at this location

Horrible place, managers don’t give a dam about the store I remember when ray the manager was in charge he knew how to take care of that store.
