Little Caesars Pizza, Tucson AZ

Carlos needa a raise he is always happy and has great customer service. He goes above and beyond. This is a reason why I come here often. Also Chris the manager is a great person and has trained his employees very well.

I often use the web to order from there app. Someone then just walks to pick up food when the app notifies us. Our pizzas have always been ready and very hot. Convenient with above average food and little interaction with staff. Oven located in store accessible to customers that order ahead. A number is assigned to your order and then just locate number on pizza in oven, remove pizza, pay cashier, and that's it when you order off their app. Very simple. The only thing is getting the app to work. You have to remember a password and I never do. So then you have to reset your password and may become frustrated with the process if your hungry. You also have to ask staff for things like napkins and any extras (that are charged for, dips and sauces). Overall we have always had good, hot pizza (breadsticks mighty tasty too) with little hassle.

Some girl who worked there accused me of trying to steal a pizza when my order was placed online and how would I know the name of a person who ordered online she didn't want to give me my pizzas never going back unless I want to go to jail.

Pretzel pizza is way to salty. Don't taste like a pretzel to me.basically just salt thrown in the end.
3 meat wasn't even cut. Not good for business.

The pizza had a regular crust with the pretzel pizza's cheese and salt on it. Had they told me they were out of pretzel crust, I would've ordered something else. The stuffed cheesy bread was under baked. I don't think I'll be eating here again.

The pizza was freshly done and ready to go. Didn't even spend 5 minutes at the place before I was already back in the car driving home with my tasty warm pizza. Thanks little Cesar's

Son loves so much but they never deliver commercial show delivery but not true pick up the best

They have A good staff right now that know how to make pizza. It's been really good for awhile. You never know when that might change. Enjoy it for now

This place has poor service from time to time i ask for some extra hot wing sauce they refuse even after I told them I am will pay extra but instead offer more tomato sauce not everyone wants tomato sauce some actually want hot sauce for dipping

Service is fast & people are let into the store 3 at a time. The pizza is really good. They do home delivery if you order online.

Love "build your own pizza" and your app. And delivery options put a cherry on top of your great establishment

Cashier was short and rude. As I was walking away she was mouthing off. I asked for her name and guess she got a "manager" I didn't request for one. If I could give 0 stars I would. So imagine manager declined to give name as well the cashier ran her mouth again so she hit the counter for her to shut up although didn't do anything else about it or apologies. Found receipt cashier Jasmine C. Food was cold and not ready even wasn't there for about a few minutes after received.
Doesn't look like business is ran like bunch of high school kids.

I ordered cheese stuffed crazy bread and a pizza and when we got home the crazy bread had no cheese and neither did the pizza. This location used to be good but I guess the manager's new or the staff is new

Employees here are rude and disrespectful. Very poor customer service. Food isnt that good. Its always way too greasy, even more so than other locations.

Always like going to this particular one. Staff is usually upbeat thougtful. Pizza always tastes the same.all in all, what you expect from a franchise.ill keep on going gladly. Thanks guys and girls

The pizza is the wonderful here your not allowed to stand inside and wait for your order right now but that's ok its safer that way

One of the employees working as cashier handled a long line of frustrated customers, because of the wait with good customer service skills, I was like amazed.

You go to one you've been to them all but this particular place is clean and friendly.

The food is pretty good but the people that are managers here hired a bunch of people that can't handle social interaction. I honestly wouldn't recommend coming here unless you really need a dinner idea. The workers don't chat with people at all which isn't a big deal but they don't even bother to help you with things you need but other than that the foods good.

GET THE APP! Used it for the first time so easy. Avoided a long line in and out in 5 min. Also still check your order. They did forget to add the sides of sauce.
