Little Caesars Pizza, Coolidge AZ

I felt the center of the pizzas were not cooked well and had to cook them at home and were a little light on the cheese.

Highly disappointed! I called in an order about an hour before they closed and arrived 20 minutes before closing, I waited on the line for drive through; they were closed for counter service, and when I got to the window the employee stood there doing anything but helping me. She never opened the window! At 8: 57p she started counting the register; again, never opening the window to acknowledge me. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I that will be the first and last time that I go there.

Horrible service and food was even worse crust wasn’t fully cooked and looked like it was old pizza dough ain’t never going to this location again full of teenagers who don’t take they job serious

I live 5 blocks away & got home, it was not even warm, crust is hard. It's frustrating cause I barely can walk so I can't cook for myself. I pay for it so I should get what I payed for. Hot & Fresh.

I was in the store and I seen a rat go by the door mad I yelled I swear and then on top of that I seen rat traps I was so disgusted I didn’t even eat

Hire someone other than teenagers that blast their music and ignore the counter and the phones ringing I guess that's what happens when your hiring manager doesn't hire anyone but young girls, your establishment is a joke

Bugs on the floor employees not wearing shoes. Took forever to order. The girl not wearing shoes was in the kitchen

Idk how Mike let the two girls become managers that were working 7/20 around closing I placed an online order they failed to acknowledge it so I went in to see if they got it red dye girl asked if I could go outside and I just said I had a question about my order turns out it was done and waiting then they gave me wrong sauce waited 20 mins to get it fixed should of checked my pizzas because they're cardboard. Hopefully my girlfriend learned so I can just continue to get domino's cheaper faster and better quality and attitudes

We have ordered from them for years. However they were rude on the phone, closed the lobby an hour early, told us to go through the drive through, and now our pizza is ready and we're stuck in a drive through that isn't moving. 15 minutes after our pizza was ready. Trust me: you don't want to risk this. Zero stars.

The girls working today around 7: 20pm were so rude. We were trying to get our pizzas and one lady ended up calling us “these bitches” just because we wanted 3 pepperoni pizzas. The pizza was under cooked and just looked disgusting. Those girls should not be working there.

Take out order this is what we got. Pizza looked like yesterday's pizza. Cheese was hard. Crust looked old. We live 10+ miles wasn't worth the trip to return.

3 pizzas, 3 orders of wings, stuffed crazy bread and an Italian cheese bread. Waited 30 minutes before driving over. Nothing ready, lady behind the counter asked my name then walked off. No response whatsoever.

Disappointing. I asked for three meats and well, nothing to do with it. People in a bad mood. No more little wedding at Coolidge.

They need to do something with their afternoon staff. The girl at the counter has the worst attitude. I ordered two pizzas they said it will take 30 to 40 mins. One guy arrived to pick up an online order. Wasn’t even ready or put in. They just stand around even if there’s a rush they decided to send one of them to buy some snacks from the gas station. Next time I would rather drive to Casa Grande

So i ordered a pretzel pizza.forgot to check it before i left. Turn out to be a shriveled crust pizza with no salt. Manager on duty says they failed to add baking soda or something causing it to be shriveled. So basically it was pulled out of the oven in full view of the employee, then cut, then placed in a box and given as a pretzel pizza. She can blame the baking soda but it's the staff knowingly placing a bad pizza in a box and giving it to a paying customer. This is the 3rd failure by this location.

Just want the owner to know your employees constantly complain about 10-20 min wait time and try to discourage you from ordering very lazy workers.

I went through the drive thru andy food was not ready. This because I had just ordered it so I went and parked and it was going to be like 10 min. While waiting the manager comes out with my pizza! I was surprised and thankful. They are friendly at this location and it is fresh

Unfortunately it's a hit n miss with the food. The young girl who works with the young man is horrible for this business. Her attitude is worse than the lady at Greeks place. The young man at night is a jerk flat out. The only Employee worth his salt is Daniel. Atleast he tries to make things right. The younger ones are only there for a check. Their customer service is garbage because of them.
