Little Caesars Pizza, Casa Grande AZ

The pizza wasn't the problem. The delivery was! I have always had delicious pizza & crazy bread, when my husband or I pick it up. This location uses door dash. My pizza was delivered an hour and 10 minutes after I ordered it. I live 5 min away. Come to find out the driver sat in the parking lot waiting for another order to be completed. My pizza was soggy, cold and disgusting.im just done with people sucking and businesses not even caring about customer service anymore. I called the complaint number and they credited me 15% the cost or my order. I'm tired of this upside down world.

Worst place to go to. Manager and cashier were rude and we waited 30 minutes outside for our pizzas. Do better.

No online orders, no phone calls answered. Door locked and only taking drive thru orders. Cars were wrapped around the building. Anytime I've ever ordered a deep dish here it was always the two lunch specials put together so you lose out

Ordered drive thru pick up got there in the middle of estimate time range for pickup and was told not ready and asked to wait out front, after 20 mins of waiting I walked in to ask about order and it was just sitting in warming racks.

I ordered a pizza with jalapeño and extra cheese ONLY online.it came with pepperoni.please ppl READ BEFORE YOU MAKE! Not everyone eats pork on their pizza for crying out loud!

Food tastes its price more so items on app or website are not correct. Even more so they said I could make suggestion on app they can do nothing.you know since they are a franchise. This is wrong. I use to have franchise with Verizon you have your location info set up with a point of contact. They could make it correct just dont want to

Poor service it took 10 minutes before someone came to the front of the store and about 45 minutes for me to get my order they can't be short staffed do to all the people hanging out in the back of the store

We ordered the pizza on the phone around 3: 30 pm and they didn't have it ready till 4: 30pm. Long wait time not just for us but for others as well. Food.one of the crazy bread was too hard the others were flat. Pizza was ok. They gave us free wings for the wait but still took too long.

If it's only 8pm and someone asks for a cheese pizza, the response should not be, "were only making pepperoni pizzas". Ummm, you're a restaurant. You make what the customer orders. Can't just assume what they're going to want. Wouldn't it be easier to then only make cheese pizzas? Even the ghetto little Caesars on trekell makes what you want when you order, they just ask you to wait ten minutes- which we would have. You guys are doing too much, or should I say not enough. Did you just assume everyones orders? What the heck is wrong with you.

Really upset about my last experience. Ordered a stuffed crust with pepperoni mushrooms and olives. Got a pepperoni pizza tried calling no one would answer went in and was told they gave me my stuff crust with mushrooms and olives (I had the pepperoni pizza with me) I go in every week or two and get this same order. Guess I'll have to find a new pizza place.

Thin crust pizza is always good, just a wait here all the time if you order anything other then the hit and ready

First night I come across my hotel to buy something to eat. The young man was very polite and his service was very good. Cheese Pizza delicious
