Little Caesars Pizza, Tucson AZ

Staff is extremely lazy if friendly enough. I arrived just after Noon this Sunday, guy wanted to know if there was anything besides marinara that’d be acceptable for the stix. He blamed the crew yesterday for not prepping them, said they could make up some but… I smiled and said its all good, but thats a good encapsulation my prev experiences.

Saturday crew dropped the ball, Sunday crew said not my fault. Its Football Sunday - I guess ownership doesn’t care about their revenue with the lack of leadership on display

Slogan "hot and ready " so why do I have to wait 20 to 30 minutes almost every single time I decide to fo here.

I ordered a extra cheese pizza. I got anything but that it looks extra light and the cheese. I had it delivered because my foot was hurting. They told me they could only fix the pizza if I bring it back to the store I told him the whole reason I got delivery is because I couldn't walk. So they said there was nothing they can do to help me

I stood at the counter for six minutes with out being asked if I'd been helped. When someone did come out to the front, it was to tell a customer her order wouldn't be ready for a while. Then, after making eye contact, she left. So did I. I'll never be back.

The cook did not have gloves on well touching the dough then continued to grab the cheese n keep making pizza. I asked the little boy working there if he should have gloves on and he said he is not required to wear gloves

Thin crust pizza pretty good and lighting fast service. Very inexpensive. Recommend sticks and slices very good!

Not hot, nothing is EVER ready. This location was fairly dirty and the staff were not only rude but they quoted me a time frame of 30-40 minutes for 2 pizzas! What is the point? You wait that long for delivery for God's sake.

I ordered online because I had a large order. Came in after getting notified the order was done. Was missing 2 pizzas and 2 orders of bread sticks. After showing what I had paid for, the manager still wanted to argue with me. He wanted me to leave without fulfilling the order. Even gave me an attitude when I asked for an apology. I can't believe that this store has gone so far down hill.

Very busy location, miss the Classic being $5.44 including tax, but still good deal for hungry people. One of my kid's favorite pizza.

INCREDIBLY UNDERCOOKED! The pepperoni was pink.it's not the kind you can eat raw. Seriously, gross. CHECK AND RE-COOK WHEN YOU GET FROM THIS PLACE.or order elsewhere: i will be ordering the f#! @ elsewhere. 0 stars

I used to work at little Caesar’s so I know how to read their tickets. My order sat for 15 minutes before being place into the portal. Neither the pizza or Italian bread was cut through and both were lukewarm/ stale looking.

25 minutes for a hot and ready? Won’t be back. Employees have zero interest in customer service.

I love this little Caesars, eveytime I go I have a great time with the employees and feel welcome, they deliver the food out at great timing

I just came from getting my usual, 2 hot and readies.the associate who always waits on me is the NICEST, MOST PLEASANT YOUNG PERSON and needs to be recognized. It isn't just with me but everyone. He tips his hat, looks directly at you with eye contact.always smiles. (APRIL 7,2023,11: 38 A. M.) his name is RUBIN. RUBIN would make a great commercial for your company. RUBIN has it altogether! Rubin's quality customer service is a one of a kind.

Service was great but please let me say check your pizza before you leave I received a pizza the other day that was Breakhard And the sauce that was used taste funny I immediately took it back and got a another pizza only to find out it was the same thing

Avoid this location, management allowance of vagrants to harass customers, right now when is rolling on the ground 5 ft in front of the store. Trevor the manager said he would take care of it but we'd like to see the stuff resolved on their own motivation without me having to ask them to do it SMH horribly run company and complex allowing this kind of element to take over! Paying customers should be more of a priority if you want to stay in biz: - (
