MY first experience at dealership I bought my trailer. Was told one price out the door by sales associate and when came down to signing paperwork I got a completely different price. I was disappointed but I got over it I love my new trailer.
My second experience. After owning my trailer I take it home find a few minor manufacturer defects. Cabinet adjustments, missing screw here missing screw there tv not mounted correctly normal stuff (not dealerships fault). I take it in and drop it off for service. I was told they were busy witch is understandable sense Covid everybody has bought a trailer witch makes sense longer service times. Was told 3-4 weeks. I called to check in at 3 weeks was told to check in the next week so I did. This went on for three months! Take in mind no parts had to be ordered just about 3-4 hours tops to fix items. No communication on there end. The last month my trailer was there I was told every week I was the next in line for service. I finally got it back all is good. I was deciding at that time if I was done with them at that point. They have such great reviews I decided to give them one more opportunity.
Third experience. I bought a new truck witch sits up higher so I needed a new receiver. I could have gone to Auto-zone or any parts store to buy it but I decided to give them my business and one more chance. I show up go to service department the man at the counter was friendly and nice I tell him what I need he gets me an employee to help me the employee walks up I tell him what I need. He explained to me how to measure for a drop hitch. Take in mind I live 45 minutes from this place I had a tape measure with me. I said can I instead of driving all the way back home to where my trailer was to measure can I just drive my truck back in your lot and take a measurement from my same trailer you have parked out back? His response I DON’T HAVE TIME FOR THAT.
I am not saying don’t give this place your business or don’t waste your time with this place. They do have good reviews I have just not seen it so I am done. I do enjoy my trailer and will have happy camping with or without this place.

Experience buying our trailer was good, but services for repairs were subpare. Horrible customer service for trailer repairs, but full on service when they want you to buy something.

We brought our trailer in January 7th for minor repairs and warranty service. They didn't even pull it into the bay for those repairs for nearly a month. Service advisor didn't return calls even after we made multiple calls. Picked it up today. The battery was dead which made it difficult to hook up to our truck and nobody went the extra mile to assist. Just validated the lack of service.

We just picked up our RV at Little Dealer Little Prices. Our entire experience was positive. From the saleswoman Carol, to the gal who cleaned our RV Angela, and Will who walked us through our rig and to The Hitch installer who ensured it was safe to drive. We appreciate every step of the process.
Jeremy is super important! He is the guy who ensures the safety of your 5th wheel to the truck. DON’T rush him.let him do his job. He’s an awesome guy and an integral part of your set up!

Complete waste of our time. We went in expecting to look at some trailers and we were told they should be unlocked and prices marked. That wasn't the case.

It doesn't look like they want to sell anything as a couple other potential customers were looking at the same time and we found they were having the same experience.

The young woman at the front was very nice, but unfortunately it doesn't look like the sales people want to do any work.

Iver was a super helpful rep that answered all my questions and patiently explain everything to my wife and I as we investigated getting a 5th wheel.

All but two items in the parts department that I was looking for were found at this location. The out of stock items were ordered and expected to be available for the next day. The prices were resonable and the service was excellent!

I want to thank Jeremy and Anthony in the service department for all the help and support when I bought my little camper in. Yes its old (1973) and not fancy but it means a lot to me. I was told exactly what it would take to repair the damage so I could make an educated decision if I should repair her or put her to rest. Thank you guys.not everyone has the ability to have big fancy rigs but what we do have is equally valuable in our eyes.

Do not do business with Shawn in sales. He is dishonest and was over an hour late for our appointment to pick up our new toy hauler. Hans did a great job showing us how everything worked and helping us make sure everything was ready to go before we left.

The guy showed us 2 trailers then basically pushed us out. Guess we're buying a trailer somewhere else.

We waited over an hour to talk to a salesman before we just left! Will not spend my money there! We even went to the parts center and could not get anyone to help either. The guys behind the counter were too busy talking to each other to bother helping anyone.

Excellent reception service and superb attention from sales staff. Plenty of units to up front and more to show in the back. The showroom is amazing and the trailers that they have in there are for just about every budget and purpose and needs. We've purchased from Little Dealer Little Prices several years ago and we're looking to purchase in the very new for future.

Had no power to dometic fridge, had diagnostic and small wire replaced in Prescott that cost 146 dollars and was told I needed a new circuit board that was in stock at another location. The board was fitted at an additional cost of nearly 500 dollars. And as a bonus my keys were misplaced.
Seems like an expensive and disorganised place to have work done

With regards to the owner reply, the replacement board was fitted at the Mesa location and diagnostic done in Prescott Valley.

Service took forever to complete. Was told 3-4 weeks, ended up being about 8 weeks. We had to call to find out it was completed, a week after we were told they would tell us it was done. The people were polite, just not accurate on their timelines or good at remembering to contact people when they say they would.

We went looking for travel trailers to buy. The atmosphere where the trailers are is very unique. My first thought was that I was at the Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disneyland. It was dark to resemble nighttime with water running in some rock displays. Staff was helpful but didn't hover over you. There is a trailer I want to buy there so I will be going back.

This place had a wonderful mock camp room, my kids loved it! It is dog friendly, huge plus for us. We were not bothered while looking which was so nice.

Sales rep was rude and left us in a trailer because he had another customer to attend to once we frond our way out of the yard and back to the front he was out smoking and sitting on his phone we ended us just leaving and bought a trailer from Rowley white

This is our second time coming to Little Dealer Big Prices for some trailer repairs. Again, this dealer far exceeded our expectations. We scheduled our appointment several weeks in advance and Mike, the service manager was extremely meticulous and had all the parts ordered prior to our arrival and the trailer was ready when promised. This is definitely our dealer of choice if additional repairs are required.

Today was my 1st visit. They have a nice selection of Class C motor homes. Which that is what I'm in the market for. The salesperson who helped us, Carole, was pleasant, she wasn't in a hurry and she knew what she was talking about. Customer service is important to me. This will also help me in the decision I make as to where I'm going to purchase my motorhome.
