Dr. Knapp is amazing; he is a caring and compassionate practitioner. His medical Knowledge is outstanding, his bedside manner is the best I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Dr Mike Knapp is wonderful! He is very positive, patient, and a partner in your healthcare journey. I have been seeing him for over a decade and have had great results in improving my overall health. Dr Victor spends time with her patients to diagnose and treat whatever is ailing you! She has taken care of me for 7 years with my Thyroid issues and I feel wonderful! Lack of empathy and lack of competence. Does Denise even do any work? She never answers the phone or returns calls. Denise you do NOT have a right to take me to task, when I did exactly what Dr. Victor told me to do. I followed her instructions to a T. Was IGNORED after multiple attempt to communicate, I texted the office number and said "if Erin refuses to treat me then please give me a referral so that someone can actually do something to help me with ths. " Instead of answering a simple request, GHOSTED me like a manchild scared of breaking up with his girlfriend.

Honestly thought she was different, like truly kind and loving and wanted to help me since mainstream doctors refused. Lacking in empathy and kindness, she's really just like the rest of them. I did nothing but expect to be treated like a human being, and I would not want to be treated by someone who clearly doesn't care, ignores me incessantly when I'm in need, and the entire office makes it clear that helping is not a priority.

I have known Dr. Victor for almost 10 years. Her clinic has done nothing but care for my family with love and dignity. Solved problems that other doctors couldn't figure out. This is the only doctor that I've ever known that'll give you all the time you deserve for the visit! They all are very caring in the office. I drive 3 hours out of my way just to go see her! She is the best and most caring doctor I've ever met!

Dr. Erin Victor is the ONLY doctor I know that takes her time with me, after suffering for years and countless doctors shrugging off debilitating migraines, she managed to figure things out and I can honestly say I’m migraine free. And Denise, one of the kindest office personnel! Always on it to do the best for everyone.

Let me start by saying, Dr. Victor was wonderful, knowledgeable, and compassionate in person during my appointment.
However everything about the organization of this clinic is confusing and difficult. After my appointment while waiting for test results I was given no instructions on how to get my results once they were ready, then found out much later that I needed to book another appointment to have the test results read to me, however there were no appointments available. I was never charged or billed for my initial appointment until 6 weeks later, which was a problem because I was waiting for a receipt to send to my insurance.
Voicemails and text messages I sent to the administrator were never answered.
Lastly, I scheduled a simple follow-up procedure and my appointment was canceled via text message 1 day before, leaving me with no way to have this procedure done before I leave the country for 3 months.

Been seeing Dr Stephanie Benyon for years now. Our whole family goes here. I’ve been very happy and feel blessed having her for my health care needs.

Been seeing Dr. Knapp for some time now and he is absolutely amazing. Really seems to care and comes up with great solutions to health problems that address to "root" rather than the symptoms.
