Living Spaces, Scottsdale AZ

I was there walking around and there was no other customers. Then I kept walking thinking someone would help me. I called a friend and still NOTHING. I told management. You will NEVER get my business!

Great store. I like that the agents on the floor are there to help, but are not pushy because they don’t work on commission.

It's a gym. Not a furniture store. Apparently management has no problem with non-paying non-customers using their facility to exercise. People are allowed to walk around the store to get their steps in. Without a mask too. Very disappointing. Will be shopping somewhere else.

Had the pleasure of going into Scottsdale Living Spaces yesterday and was attended by one of the managers, Lauren. She took the time to explain all the questions that we had an even was able to secure us our new couch within the timeframe that we need it by. She went above and beyond our expectations and that is not something you always see in the furniture industry. Thank you so much for your time Lauren!

This was our first time buying from living spaces. Bobby was very helpful and made our experience seamless! Looking forward to our new couch.

Bob helped me find exactly what I needed and was very personable. I didn’t feel like I was pushed to buy anything, but ended up purchasing a kitchen table and media stand in addition to the sectional I originally came in for.

Was walking around to find a sofa that I saw online. I couldn’t find it but a girl that works there asked if we needed help. She found the sofa for me and was really great with me. She helped me purchase it. I will recommend going there to shop. They have a lot of furniture to choose from and the prices are great.

You employee Bob was super helpful. Took time to stay with us! Answered all our questions. I would give him a 10+ out of 10.

Bob was awesome, he was very knowledgeable on the products and helpful. We needed the furniture ASAP and he was able to get it to us the very same day. Other places had a 6 month or more wait time. Thanks for the help Bob!

Olga was AMAZING. She not only had great taste but was super helpful and insightful. If I recommend anyone, it's her. No one was really willing to help me or even offered beyond hi. She simply said "do you need help with anything? ". This isn't the first time I've bought stuff here and customers experience was not the most welcoming. She completely changed that experience for me. I will be back because of her

If I could give less stars I would. Ordered us the wrong couch, went to fix a mistake and they don’t even know when the correct couch will be in stock.

Bob in the Scottsdale location was amazing. He listened to our needs and guided us in the right direction. He was not pushy at all which made the experience great. We will be going back there soon to buy a few more items that we need.

We walked in and no greeting even though there were employees standing around in the front of the store. No one even asked us if we needed any help. Won't be back.

Olga made shopping at Living Spaces a very pleasant experience. She was extremely helpful and helped me navigate the large store to find just what I was looking for!

Always a pleasant experience. The staff is helpful, but not pushy. Lots to choose from. And delivery is free or reasonable.

These guys are awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable sales people always willing to help and still willing to leave you alone. Living Spaces has a great selection it did take me a couple of trips to find what I was looking for plus looking on their website which was also very helpful.
