Had to wait 25 minutes for a battery change but never got it took way to long. They just left us.

It was okay they helped out but the timing was slow they stood around talking and laughing its hot as heck out here and they have no other customers right now

I got a tie from this place. I asked for a new tire. I got a used tire. I will looking for another honest, trust worthy tire place that will not rip me off. If this is what Mesa tire shops are. Maybe I'll have to start reporting these tire shops to make them honest.

Slow to tell us they couldn't help stood around about 15 min about 5 ppl came up to us asking where the desk guy was and I couldn't tell them was odd.

Awesome service. Polite staff. Cool they are open so late in a Sunday. Keep up the excellent work.

Out of the four times I've been here, I was only helped once. Most of the time they just ignore you because their friends or phones are more important. Try Mil Amores or Two Gringos!

Wasn't getting any car/tire work myself, but was in the area for an extended period of time.
This place is ALWAYS hopping & the gentlmen here are Always busy getting customers in & out, back to their own busy schedules but still have time for basic Kindness, a smile or nod & offering a cool drink. Truly great guys!

They are very quick on helping me out they wait time is never a long wait I have been enjoying going to them and will return every time I need help with my tires

They were very prompt and the price we paid was very reasonable compared to the other places i contacted for the tires. Super happy with todays effortless visit.

I rate it 1 because only one guy came to check my car that my sensor was saying that my tire was flat. He checked it and said it was probably my sensor and he was going to call a guy who knew about sensors. When the so Called expert Gerardo came out he asked me so did they do anything? I said yeah they checked for a leak but it's ok now what should I do? He was so rude he walked away and gave me a gesture with his hands that it was not his problem and walked away to talk to his friend and left me thier waiting like an idiot. I would never recommend anyone thier especially getting help from Gerardo. If you can't fix it just say so or recommend me somewhere else I thought that he was being so rude because I was a woman asking questions and not knowing about tires?

Came in for a tire to fit my fiat 500. One guy came out and I couldn't remember the tire size. Luckily I had took a picture of it on my cell phone. I also took a picture of the card that shows what tire size I needed for the vehicle. I pulled this information up for the one gentleman to see. Then he asked how many tires I needed. I said one. Then he asked if I need a used or new tire. I asked for the prices. He gave me both prices and for a foreign vehicle. He took me used tire was $40 and new was $90. I obviously took the 40 deal. I called my roadside assistance to come out. To help put new tire on. I wanted to buy the tire and bring it to the car and continue to wait for assistance as I am ready to pay. Now I'm being told at last minute they didn't carry the tires in stock. The establishment would have to order them. Nobody gets the tire in stock. Great to know that at very last minute.

These guys have always taken care of me. When I had a flat tire at 11: 00 pm, my girlfriend came to rescue me. I took the tire off and she drove me the Llantera Del Centro. Not only did they hook me up with a great price for a tire but they asked me to bring the truck back to them that same night to make sure that tire and the others were in good shape. I brought it to them and they rotated the back tire to the front to allow the tread to be even on the front. No charge for that and it was after closing. They are nice guys, good prices and they treat the customer well. If you are tight financially, they have used tires that are cheap to get you buy to save up for a new one. I recommend them.
