We had gone to another location that was very rude and then found ourselves at this location and they were amazing and quick and very very kind I will always come back to this location in the future

Just leaving Serrano’s Tire shop with my 5 year old Son. Came in with a Busted tire driving on a donut. The staff was extremely quick and efficient. I really appreciate the hospitality they showed to my Son and myself. We will most definitely be coming Back if we have any problems.

Over priced used tires but they have the best customer service I have ever experience in Arizona

The Lady was answering the phone quick when i called for questions on service i needed, also really kind and had recommended what i need it.
I was calling different places for trailer tires replacement, but even this place was a litlle higher price, i chose it for good service!

These guys do great work and they emphasize customer service. This is the only place I get my wheels serviced. Great hours too (open Sunday).

Had a right front flat on my 225/35R20 tire and needed 2 new tires immediately. They had my tires delivered and car ready to go in about 75 minutes. Great price on the 2 tires as well. I'll be back for the 2 tires.

Good place to feel the Latin atmosphere and speed. There are times when I wish they would go slower so I could stay a little longer. Beautiful, friendly people with good treatment who make the client feel like part of the family. Inspiring confidence and professionalism. I have nothing more to say, visit her and she will remember me.

I had a flat tire and I was also due to change the rest of mi tires, it had been a long day and after not being helped by Walmart auto center we came across this Tire Shop, they took us in very fast and gave us a great price for all 4 tires, I was very happy with their service and will definitely come back again, fast and efficient! 30 minutes for this work is very amazing thank you!

They let me air up my bicycle tires for free whenever I have asked. I have noticed they also employ members of our homeless community to do odd jobs. That is very cool on my opinion
