I've been a patron and loyal customer of this establishment for the past 5 months. This place is amazing, and I don't mean because of the products. The owners, the staff and the management are a really amazing. This dispensary really caters to all those needs each one of us have. Awesome atmosphere, horrible meds. The flower, which is prepackaged, was so poorly stored that it turned straight to dust. This is a common problem with dispensaries in Arizona, look out for your patients and less for your pockets. This is my only medicine and it needs to be quality promised, without proper dosage it isn't able to work as effectively.

Great selection and deals for first time patients. BOGO on up to 7 grams of flower, 30% a concentrate, or Bogo on any house shatter.

I came in for my 3rd visit where I was supposed to get 50% off any product in the store with a ticket that had no expiration date on it.they kept it and didn't give me the discount, they said "we dont do this one anymore sorry". I was looking for a new dispensary to go to all the time cause herbal wellness center is out of the way for me now.looks like I'm headed to mint from now on, anywhere but here. I didn't even get to capitalize on my 2nd time purchase so they did nothing for me and wouldnt even work with me.just said it is what it is.have a good life, I was about to buy a quarter to a half ounce too and only got a preroll cause this is pretty.you could have gained a customer for life here as I love item9 and grow sciences

I always have a great experience when I shop here. Good quality and informed staff make getting what you need easy and fast. Also some of the coolest murals on the exterior & interior I've seen in a dispo yet.

Prices are high and they purchase off cultivators who they purchase off of. So you can get their products cheaper else where with out the "top shelf" marketing behind it.

Really impressed by the change in staff and the quality of the medicine has improved tremendously I think I found my new local joint

Staff is always so friendly, and educates me whenever I want to learn about deals, or new strains, and growers. I love their ounce specials. They make u feel so welcome. Makes me always come back

Changing the name doesn't change the quality and atmosphere of this place they need to get with the pace and start doing deli-style their pre-packaged weed is always so dry the quality is horrible and the customer service is not the best

This place use to be called parc and had points they never told me they were gonna change the system I been saving for half a year just so they can pretty much say too bad worst place ever who does that I tell you who people who dont care that's who

Love the Name. Great Service friendly staff in and out. The trouble I'm having in AZ. Is finding the good. Everyone is pushing what they have to get rid of like used car sellsmen. Strain this strain that really confusing and all ways pricey shop around choose your choices and stick to what works, keep your lines tight and waterways clean.

Great staff, specials and really the best dispensary I've been to for concentrate selection and pricing. I haven't fallen down from the dabs, but I've sat down quickly and for a long time. Worth it.

Rso was nice, my budtender was not. Someone needs to remind him hes a budtender. Put him in inventory cuz he didnt want to help in any way shape or form. Ima get the other reviews for it too. Bad vibes.

Always good service and lots of choices. I did like the place better before when there were couches to sit on and not hard chairs.

Great staff. Knowledgeable, personable, you can tell immediately it's a well-run place and the employees like working there. Great prices. Short wait time even when it's busy. My preferred way to medicate is with shatter (concentrate) and they have high quality product for $70/3.5 grams. I smoke all day every day and that lasts me about 3 weeks. I was a few cents short last time and they were ok with that. This is now my go-to dispensary.

My favorite place to go! Super close to work, always great selection of most forms of medicine. The points system feels fair and always seems to draw me back in.
