We are on our way to stay here today, and they have already blown me away with their hospitality and kindness. Jana was amazing on the phone and helped us with a last minute stay for our anniversary. Thank you!

I didn't stay. If I could, I would give a 0 star. I made a reservation with expedia. Well, apparently the hotel didn't receive the correct "virtual card" from expedia. The hotel has been having this problem for several weeks. Why aren't they fixing the problem? There was only one person at the front desk and didn't have the time to call expedia, she asked that I call them. Interesting customer service! I called expedia three times, it was terrible!

The woman at the front desk said she didn't want to call her boss for help because she has small children, she on the other hand has grown up children? ! She thought she was being helpful, she wasn't, there were at least 18 people waiting in the tiny lobby. Unbelievable and Unreasonable!

The hotel refused to use my credit card, they had to use expedia's "virtual card. " I waited for an hour and a half for the hotel and/or expedia to help me! I finally asked to please cancel the reservation, which thankfully they did. I've never had this problem with any other hotel.

"It's the New Year" is what the woman behind the hotel counter, as well as the third customer service rep from expedia stated? ! How do I get a hold of the "New Year" to complain? Geez!

Was told at desk I was not authorized to check us in. My husband had to come in. It was my credit card, my phone number but his name. I made the reservation. We have same last name and same address. Lady before me was not staying at the lodge but was checking in for her friend. The room was not paid for but she was allowed to get keys. I didn't understand what was wrong with me? I felt discriminated and offended. I never heard of anyone posing as someone to steal a reservation? I'm a retired customer service professional and my husband and I travel often. I'm not a criminal. Please remember to treat others as you would want to be treated Miss Receptionist.

Love the adobe building, cozy room and the relaxing vibes here, made the pleasant first stop in Arizona after the airport. Please do try the restaurant!

Well where do I start.
The beds are mushy, the rooms are smelly of old musk.
The towels are like sand papper if want exfoliate your whole body take in this place.
Found Live cockroaches Living in the same quarters Spiders are round patio door. What was nice is fire place in the room.
The staff were mean, had Attitudes throughout the whole weekend stay. Not nice at all. Trying get just a glass of water was like pulling theeth and dont think your going get a smile.
This was most of the employees except for front desk girls were so pleasant to work with. We Would never stay here again.
The food tasted like.
To sum it up over priced, dirty, unfriendly bad tasting food and service.

Comfortable place that could use an update or two. It's very southwestern, has private parking, and is quite comfortable. Socks, the hotel cat, is a charmer.

While the facilities are dated, it has a charm and I like it. I'll stay there again when I'm Tucson.

I didn't try the included breakfast because I wanted to eat at waffle house.

Loved working at this beautiful venue as the wedding photographer + videographer team! This venue made sure all vendors felt at home. We loved working at this venue with easy accomodations for guest and delicious menu options. Pet friendly and easy parking.

Spectacular place to stay, super clean and the ambiance that surrounds you is truly beautiful. Staff is very friendly, and the restaurant is really yummy. I had the Green Tamales, my son had the carne asada tacos and my husband had the Lodge Burger.it was all very tasty. I definitely recommend My stay came with Breakfast the next day and that was delicious too. Awesome place!

We began our stay in room 150, then low and behold we had plenty of bugs in our bathroom. Called the front desk and got transferred to a different room. In the other room the remote didn't work and the bathroom wouldn't flush. Had to call maintenance for the problems. Maintenance fixed the problem, but the damage had already been made. When expressing our problem to front desk they said sorry and let us get on our way. Poor customer service

The friendliest, and very competent staff. Wonderful grounds, beautiful rooms, centrally located with the superb restaurant Cielos on the grounds.

I accidentally booked the wrong date online and caught it immediatley and they wouldn't let me change dates or cancel and charged me the full room rate. I will never try to book with this hotel again.

Just got dinner there to celebrate my grandmother’s birthday and it was extremely disappointing. They had a live musician there that was loud and casually vaping 5 feet from our table. My mother has asthma and the vaping was extremely inconsiderate. The musician was very loud and they had speakers set up inside so there was no escape. It was too loud for casual conversation, and you could hardly hear yourself think.

I have sensory issues and didn’t bring headphones so I ended up going on a walk while waiting for the food. I got there 5 minutes after the food arrived and it was barely warm. 5 minutes is not a long time and the food should have still been warm at the least.

I ordered the steak dinner and was unimpressed. The mashed potatoes were gummy and cold, the asparagus was undercooked, and most importantly the steak was extremely tough and dry. The flavors were ok but they can’t make up for the poor quality of the steak. For $36 I expect a nice steak, not one that is tough, barely warm, and gristle.

My family members also had raw vegetables, the pasta was soupy, the bread was tiny, and probably the worst dinner I’ve had for $160.

Save your time, don’t go here.

We stayed here for a number of days. Staff was great facilities for also wonderful. The restaurant next door, Cielo, was excellent.

This is a beautiful desert oasis! What an amazing resort in the heart of Tucson. This is the place to stay if you want to experience true southwest decor and desert landscape.

Couldn’t say enough nice things about this hotel. Really it’s more like a boutique southwestern Pueblo resort. Landscaping is some of the best I’ve seen. Casita layout makes for cozy private village vibes. Restaurant is great all around and has particularly friendly staff.oh and pet friendly!
