Loehrs Forensics, Phoenix AZ

My son was arrested December 28th 2021 for a felony charge. Our family was devastated as we are a close- knit family. My wife, younger son and I have daily contact with each other. Both of my sons grew up in church and went to a Christian school. Neither of them has ever done drugs or been in any trouble. Both have been gainfully employed since they were 16 years old. We and our close friends knew he was innocent of these crimes. He is married and has two of the most precious girls who love him dearly. We hired a lawyer immediately and he told us he knew nothing about computer exploitation of this type. He discussed finding a forensic expert. I agreed and he found Michelle Bush with Loehrs Forensics. What a Godsend she was for us to have her. It took the police months to get the evidence they supposedly had to Michelle. It did not take her a few weeks and we had a phone conference with lawyer and our family. She explained what had happened and that our son was 100 percent innocent. The police had the electronics to establish his innocence but were either too lazy or ignorant to use it. Had it not been for Michelle the charges would not have been dropped and he would be in prison right now. This was an 18-month nightmare that we would not wish on anyone. I have experienced heart problems from the stress and high blood pressure. On July 14th, 2023, I have to have a pacemaker/defibrillator to try and correct a failing heart from all this. I cannot imagine this happening without Michelle to assist in finding the truth. She told us it was the sloppiest investigation she has ever seen. We have endured the embarrassment from our town and my son will have this black cloud over him the rest of his life. They took two jobs from him and a severance package. Thank goodness he is a very talented young man and I have machine shop and carpenter shop he could support his family with. I don’t know if he will ever have the opportunity to be gainfully employed with a large company again. But he is not in prison, and we will help provide for him and our grandchildren. Thanks to Michelle Bush we can finally breathe again.
