6DO NOT RENT HERE! Apartments are infested with roaches and management does nothing! Mold everywhere too. Ana, manager, was advised so many times and did nothing.
Do not rent here! The apartments are infested with roaches. The manager will not send maintenance to fix anything in apartment and will ignore you. They always making excuses because the manager doesn’t talk to any of her staff working there.want their rent money but don’t want to pay to fix apartments. Manager only care about money. Stay away!

Picture related. Glue Traps filled after only 1 day and a half.
Took over 3 years to get a horrible horrible mold growing up the wall and across the baseboard taken care of downstairs. Had to get Legal Aid involved to get something done. The upstairs has it too. My doctor said I have mold toxin in my body.
I asked the manager to come look at it because I wasn't being taken serious.her reply. Oh no I can't go in because I have underlying health issues. I said how do you think I feel with the cancer issues I have. I have to live in it, sleep in it. That's when I called Legal Aid.
The apartments look so nice on the outside. Inside beware. Even one of the corporate maintenance men told me the place has a lot of mold when I had him come in and look at it. The roofs leak and nothing was done about the leak in my apartment the 6 years I lived there. I moved out in April 2021.
I lived there 5 years ago, and it was very quiet very peaceful, it was always very clean, the apartments are very spacious, the bedrooms very big and comfortable.and maintenance always fixed things when needed. Ana Gloria was always very gracious with us. I would live there again for sure.thanks Myrna Hernandez
