I like this place and the food is great. We always try to eat here when we are in Flagstaff.

We stop here on the way to the snow. I am telling stay away from here.service is Lousy.people working there are rude and lazy.food looked good.lol don’t be fooled it has no taste.and the prices.o my what is the made of.gold.don’t do it.bananas where black.just saying.

When I first wrote the review below they must have just opened. We had gone since a few times and things have just gone down hill. The last time was it, the food was cold and the bread was hard. Noticed they put biscuits and toast on a plate for the servers to grab, one unsanitary as they all used their bare hands and it was hard and cold. Won’t be back.

This restaurant is great! I love the breakfast Eggs Benedict are on point as well as the biscuits and gravy! Friendly staff each time.

Food was ok. I wish they knew how to poach an egg so that eggs Benedict come out like they should. Overall, the food was ok and service was good. I'd recommend if there wasnt any other places to eat.

Great place to eat! We’ve eaten here twice. The first time experience was the best! The next, not so much. The waitress seemed so rushed and anxious. I didn’t feel like I could talk to her properly because it felt like she was ready to rush off every time she came to our table. She spilled water on the customers next to our table and had to move them to a other table.

Suggestion:
Slowwwwww down plzzz. Don’t sacrifice quality of service to make up for time. People who want to eat here will wait for good service even if they have to be patient. More the most part ;)

This restaurant is amazing. Great staff and food. They were very gracious and helped us with a surprise for someone. I highly recommend them.

Went there with my friend. We were there for breakfast. It was great when they opened. This time, not so much. The girl taking our order had really bad attitude. Later found out, she was second in command. Sad situation for the restaurant having employees like that.

Steak was ok mash potatoes were instant Onion rings were beer battered and real good Wife had a burger and that was juicy

This restaurant has a few problems. The attitude of hostess was abrupt. My server was snippy as well. The food for breakfast was unsatisfactory. I asked for eggs o we med hard. I hate runny egg whites. My eggs came to me runny. I complained and the waitress got nasty. After she heard me say she wasn’t getting a tip, she became quite sweet. Oh, I forgot to mention, she slammed down a plate of food for my friend. We both are senior citizens. Uncalled for. I will not visit this establishment again.

Update- we went here after our morning workout. Ordered biscuit and gravy, it was awful, no flavor tasted like it came out of a packet, we couldn't even take more than one bite. Chicken and waffle was good. Definitely disappointed this go around. Original review-Good but not as good as expected. Pancakes were delicious

This place was dirty! One booth was dusty like it hasn't been wiped down in a month, the other side of the booth has sticky stuff on it. The window sill had a bunch of dead flies on it. The chandelier has spider webs. Clearly they don't clean this place at all. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I will never go back!

Lonespur gets a lone star. Horrible service, got asked if we were ready to order when approached and didn’t even have menus on the table. Food was less than mediocre, don’t recommend.

Waitress was nice… food was horrible i was hungry and when my food came the steak was small dry and hard the coleslaw was also horrible I will not dine here again

Waitresses were not very attentive. Food was not cooked to order, probably not wrote down correctly to the cook. Thought it was going to be bigger proportions. Didn't seem like the staff were "customer" oriented. Guess I should be happy they even had any staff, in this high unemployment rate

Every time I am in Flagstaff this is the place I have to have breakfast. The Benedict's there will blow your mind especially the brisket. The chicken fried steak is one of the best I've ever had in my entire life my kids always order it. The staff will go above and beyond anywhere you've ever eaten they are spectacular people.

When I first arrived the hostess looked at me like I was crazy when I said we had a group of 11 and asked if we could sit outside. She told me to wait at the front while she sat up the tables and never returned, after our group sat at the front for a while I just figured out where the table was. One of the high chairs provided was broken so my husband had to find another one. All but 2 of them are broken and the one that wasn't was so nasty we had to clean it.
The server came to the table asking 3-4 people at a time what they'd like to drink, would go get the drinks and then come back and so forth. She didn't write anything down so sometimes she'd only come back with 3 drinks cause she forgot one, not the most efficient way but OK. Halfway through bringing drinks we were then told that the fryer wasn't working and they were out of almost everything food wise. I can understand that but for how long we stood at the front waiting to be told the table was ready we could have also been told half the menu was out and the fryer wasn't working before we were halfway served drinks. We would have gone elsewhere. What was frustrating is that they still wanted to upcharge for substitutions even though they were out of the stuff that usually came with the meals, seems that there would be an exception made for an instance like that.
The woman's bathroom was totally flooded with an overflowed toilet and there was a wet floor sign but not until you rounded the corner. So I splashed in it before I realized it was so wet while carrying my son to change him since there's not a changing table in the men's restroom so my husband shouldn't do it. The coffee tastes like water but the food was actually good at least what they weren't out of which is why I gave 3 stars. We won't be going back again.

I liked the theme but they should let ya know on the menu what "Wagon Whele" means in terms of how big the pancake turns out. It was TOO huge, the equivalent of at least 3 hot cakes. In terms of flavor, I'd say it was ok. I also prefer when the scramble for my eggs is done more throughly.

Overall, I'll probably try another place next time. No issues with waitress or time to get seated and served food.

Always love thier food especially thier breakfast. They offers many variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes on thier menu. I find thier food delicious and good size portions. Great staff, very friendly.
