Edgar is by far the most upstanding grocery store employee I have ever met. I have popped into this store many times and I never really expect too much except when I ask for some assistance from Edgar. He consistently goes above and beyond and never ceases to leave a great impression on myself and whoever i'm shopping with. It is for his service that I continue to shop at Los Altos Ranch Market.

This place is amazing brought me back to my old childhood days and just the other day I had lost my wallet called and they answered right away and the manager handed it to me with everything in it
Came here for the second time as I’m doing my review I like how clean and organize this place is? This place is by far been the most amazing place that I have been to they go above and beyond to make sure that you get what you need i’ve been struggling to make tamales and they will know who this review is from because not just one employee but practically the whole crew went above and beyond to help me!
Ygnacia Valenzuela is one of the chefs in this grocery store she even went as far as to give me a sample of their tamales I know samples can be given anywhere but she went into telling me how to prepare it she went into detail and I loved it she had a lot of things to do but she took the time to care about the customer smile her energy was amazing she made me cheat on my diet but it’s OK it was worth it I appreciate these people 100% they have no idea they made my day, they holiday? Leaving out of the store 100% satisfied didn’t get everybody’s name but very happy with all of them

My favorite store in Mesa Arizona! Tamale Cart, fresh made authentic South American cuisine, fresh vegetable juice, fresh backed goods, color decor and culture. I love everything about this store. I will be back!

I Come here for the fresh tortillas and the pollo asado. The only bad thing is there is never enough cashiers and the line to pay is always super long.

The place is ok so long as you don't need help or assistance from anyone behind the counters. The people who work behind the counters seem to have very blowoff-fish attitudes.

Try to call the store and they don't answer at all other than that the prices are good and love the food. Wish they did miltary discounts like other stores do.

The chips taste fresh like a restaurant. I love the Pico De Galo! My kids think this place is like a party with the music and all the fun decorations hanging from the ceiling. All the food I bought was great!

Great Hispanic/Latino grocery. And the fresh drinks are incredible! We had the horchata and jamaica today and they were refreshing and delicious.

I don't know, they had what I was looking for which was German chocolate cake mix but it was hard to find as their was no indicator on the sign that described what would be down that specific aisle and I asked two different employees but neither of them could understand me. The place is pungent with an odor of what smells like Pet Foods and something cooking. I would come here again though.

Not your usual supermarket. Ranch Market is a market just like you'd find in Mexico. Tons of items for all things Latino. Great produce, bakery, and carniceria. If you're looking for a real Mexican shopping experience without crossing the border, then by all means check out the Ranch Market

Great asset to the Neighborhood. So many fruits and vegetables that are not common in the national or regional food grocery chains. People are very nice. You may have to be directed to an english speaker, but you are here for authentic mexican style products products, then you are in luck. If you do not want to go to Mexico for real street food, them go to Los Altos Ranch Market. Love it.

I love this place and I was just there today picking up two whole cook chicken for $11.99 and my favorite sweets.

Very well stocked store. They even carry Lizano sauce. I enjoyed the soup I got there. In Costa Rica we call it Olla de Carne. Mmmgood

Always friendly service from the meat department. I travel about 6 miles to this place, because in my opinion they have the best carne asada. And the pan dulce is yummy. I have yet to eat at their restaurant, but it always smells delicious.

Much of the meat looked grey, and smelled old. Bought a package that looked decent and it was bad when I opened it. Do not recommend for meats.

I'm obsessed with this place! Its giant and I love wandering the aisles and discovering foods that I'm not familiar with. Their restaurant is always delicious, but always packed so give yourself time if you want to eat there.

The fresh fruit drinks are the best in town. I love the food here too. Everything is great about this store. Fresh home made.

Ordering food is impossible at this store! The signs are wrong and the NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING staff can't communicate. They charge you for the wrong order and ask you to come back later for a refund. I asked to speak with a manager but was told that he was busy! Used to come 1-2 times per week but it's very tiring. We won't be back!
