The only thing was that it was 730 pm and there was no one to serve at sea food or at the butcher shop.

It’s a big store and the clerks are to busy gossiping instead of checking out I saw a lot of employees but only two registers open it could be a bit cleaner And staff could be friendly and welcoming instead of judgy and look irritated bc they had to do their job

I forgot the reason I stopped coming here and today I was reminded. Such por customer service! Safe to say this was the last straw I will never return. I only came because the cakes were good but they no longer have bakers so who knows how long those cakes in the case are from the lady who advised we could only buy those was not even sure.

Very bad service and bad experience with the cashier at the bakery even though she is already an elderly person. Mix the new breads and bolillos with the old ones that have already been there so that you can take them with you for the same price.

I like the variety of meals freshly made at home, the dedication they have to serve good customer service is something very important since they really make the food better, I congratulate everyone in the kitchen area because they really do their best to do their best thank you really I like to eat freshly made food

What a disappointment to see how bad service this place gives. A company that according to is to help sell groceries to Hispanics. Their prices are high and their ATM system is something to laugh at. Having a "self checkout" line and seeing third-party people or people who don't know how to move that machine, while you have absolutely no one working as cashiers. The management of this place abuse their customers. I wish people would stop going to this place so they would change the way they run their business.

Lack of communication and training. I was trying to order a cake through the bakery department and was told I could not order in the afternoon to call the bakery department or stop by in the morning. I can't stop in the morning so I called. Was told by Beatriz, I could not order by phone. Only in person orders can be made and that they could not transfer me to the bakery department since I called the office. I asked for the bakeries direct line and was told they don't have one. I asked for other options but the only option they have is to order in the person during the mornings which is unfeasible for some.

This place has the highest prices around town.

The service at the food court was extremely slow and waited for some time to be acknowledged. We chose the 3 taco combo and most menu selections were unavailable. We settled for the asada and green chile chicharron tacos. The food was ok, small portions of rice, beans and taco meat ice cream scoop sized. It came with a drink. Need to work on customer service and keeping up with menu items.

I went today to buy pan dulce. I got a bag and got my pan dulce. As I was approaching the cash register the lady at the bakery said she couldn’t help me because she was behind and that I needed to go to the main cash registers. I asked multiple times if she was closed she said no, I just can’t help you because I’m behind! What kind of customer service is this! Never going there again, if I could give zero stars I would.

Supposedly Wednesdays are specials for fruits and vegetables and they never have anything, they always say that they run out soon, everything is disastrous, better not put specials, and they always charge more, be careful, customers always check your receipts

Terrible service at the checkout, very slow, only 2 checkouts for 20 people. And everything is much more expensive than Walmart.

I find what I am looking for, although sometimes there are products with prices well above other places.

It's a good store they have some deals on certain things like meat and vegetables, the only bad things is the lines and not that much Cash register open to check you out.
