An Excellent Nice Big California Burrito. Very Delicious!

I will Definitely get it again when Passing through Tucson, Arizona.

I had a Chile Relleno burrito.

Good size and good taste.
They added lettuce, tomato and cream which gave it a really good flavor. The flour tortilla texture tasted like a homemade tortilla, Not sure if it is, but it was very good!

Definitely a good place to eat.

The food was very good. Simple and full of flavor. Service was very kind and helpful when trying to learn about what was on the menu.

Delicious food very relaxed environment the service is the best you better visit them before a month's time is over the same manager may not be there as they're opening their own business.

My rolled tacos were delicious, the tortillas were perfectly crisp, the guacamole was fresh and the cheese was melted just right! Would definitely come back:)

The guy who was working just seemed bothered that I was even there. He was so rude. I asked for salsa and he practically yelled at me he out some in the bag, I checked it was 1 salsa for a couple burritos I tried to get his attention again to ask for more and he ignored me. I grew up around the corner And have been going there for years, idk what's happened but it isn't the same. No stars if I could just for that guy

Ordered 2 beef burrito combo w beans & rice $12. Was charged extra to make them Carne asada. Total came to $18 for one combo. Got home to find the burritos that I had paid extra $ for, were really small. Pretty upsetting due to the fact that they charged me extra, only to make my burritos half the normal size, literally smaller than the inside of a paper towel roll. I ordered at 11: 10 am, went back 20 minutes later and they were closed, had a sign on the window that read "be back 30 minutes". Went back at 12: 30pm and they were still closed. Come 2: 30pm they finally opened. I asked for a refund and I'm assuming the manager, a very rude and unprofessional woman, immediately copped an attitude and proceeded to issue a refund, with absolutely no concern as to why. As she was handing me my refund, she finally asked what the problem was. I attempted to explain to her that I order from this los betos location every weekend and never received such a small burrito, especially after having to pay extra. She cuts me off before I can finish speaking, stating "this is how our burritos are supposed to be made, thank you for letting me know they're doing this, now I can take it out of their checks" referring to her employees. I feel that comment was extremely unprofessional, as the manager, if she has an issue with her employees, she can speak to them about it privately. I was surprised at this woman's behavior, not once did she apologize for the inconvenience, didn't offer to remake the order, only thing on her mind was the money she planned on taking from her employees. I would not recommend this location to anyone, especially with management like that. Go anywhere else and save yourself some time, $, and a headache.

Red chicken that tasted like beef served with lettuce and no beans so much for mexican food.

Prices are too high! Much higher than any other Los betos in Tucson. $4.15 for ONE shredded beef taco? Also, the menu in the drive through is disgusting and trashed and torn apart. Almost looks like someone splattered some green paint or guac all over the menu too.

I bought a chorizo, potatoes, cheese eggs. I got one with ham instead, I called they said to come in & wouldn't change it the lady was very rude. She was arguing with me said I ordered ham I never eat ham Don't like it.

I went in and asked for Carne Asada fries with no fries they gave me two Pieces of steak! I called very rude! Go somewhere else!

I order two -Carne asada burritos and instead they gave me bean burritos. I called them, thinking that they will replace the bean burrito for the carne asada. Instead they were very rude and told me to go back for the money and never come back. I think this is not the way to treat a customer. I didn’t went for the money, but I will never buy from this place again.

Went and bought food from this restaurant for me and my girlfriend and there's was blood on her bean and cheese burrito, tried to get a refund but instead was offered a new burrito! Are you kidding me? My appetite was ruined! Yelled at her and I and continued to talk bad about us to her co-workers in front of us. They cut the blood off the burrito and threw it in one trash bin while they threw the burrito in the other. I even took pictures, I won't ever go here again!
