LOS BETOS MEXICAN FOOD, Tucson AZ

I’ve tried many locations and this is THE BEST Los Betos on the whole south side. The people working here are so nice too. Anyone with a bad experience is probably just a lame and most likely wears ankle socks.

Don’t bother. It was ten minutes to four (we didn’t realize they were closing at 4) and we were told we had to be out by 4. I had ONE taco and my husband had two tacos. It felt rude. At five til 4, the cashier flipped the open sign off. The chicken taco had too large of pieces in it, the carne asada seemed undercooked. Nope. Won’t try this again. Perhaps be kind to your customers? !

Out for a quick lunch with my mom on my 30min lunch break. It was a quick in and out. Burritos were decent size for the price. Definitely filling and tastey. I'll be happy to go back.

Horrible service order a burrito with sour cream and guacamole and didn't add when I ask the girl she said ok than never gave it to me they really don't care at all never coming back

This use to be one of my favorite los betos to eat at ate there today and the meat was dry bad service overall I wouldn't recommend this 1

I got a Chorizo breakfast burrito and there was not much in it. Very thin. There was no cheese in it either. I went and said where's the cheese and then the lady tried to say I said I didn't want cheese when I never said that. Very poor customer service and a rip off I will not go back to this Los Betos.

Service is good, food is basic Mexican fast food. They really should replace their speaker for the drive through when possible though.

I went there today requested a breakfast plate with chorizo. They tried to give me in a burrito.being that is what I asked for I expected that, so I told them they took it in back and I found out after I drove all the way home that it was not done right. They took the food from inside the burrito and dumped it in a plate and then put in the rice and beans. And to add insult to injury no tortilla. I had to drive all the way back in this time they remade it correctly. I got it home and it was right, and the food was it was OK. Not another quality of the other restaurants with the same name in Tucson. I do not have to think twice before I go back. Just making sure if you go there make sure they listen to you in the end that you get the right order. I would recommend going a little bit further driving up to Valencia Rd a little West of Palo Verde. I have been going there for years I have never had any issues with them. The only reason why I went here it was on the way to my house. And that was a mistake on my part.

Here from out of town. Tired of chain restaurants. Found this place. Had a breakfast burro. At first when I saw the price I thought it was high. But when I got it, it was huge! Very delicious. Was worth the money considering the quality and size. I’ll be back.

Absolutely love the breakfast burritos. I need to try the rest of the menu but just can't pass up the burritos. Both red and green sauces are awesome.

Love there food. Funny how you go to there different stores how there food is made different. Bring back the garnishes.

I got very sick after eating in this place. Not just running to the bathroom l mean chills. Fever, 2 days out, 1 whole day in bed with fever l am afraid to eat anything from them they are disgusting

I drive for UberEATS and I picked up from the drive thru, was met with a nice man. Also the caramel latte was really good, even though I didn't realize the lid was loose and spilled a bit on myself lol. I'll try the food next time.

Had a chile colorado burrito and drink. The burrito was good the drink from fountain was not. The price was high.

Love the food at this location, but the prices went way up recently so I won't be going as often as before. When the price of a burrito nearly doubles in price, it's time to take a step back.

They close at 6 p.m. I arrive at 5: 37 p.m. And they told me it was almost closing time so they weren't making any food for anyone. So the employees were basically staying open to get paid but not make any money for the restaurant.

First off they refused to allow us to wash our hands then once we got home we looked over our receipt and realized they over charged us by $3. I stopped back in just to check the menu prices, to discover we were definitely over charged. So make sure your paying the amount that the menu says. But I must add that the food was great.

This was my go to place due location. Today I discover prices have gone through the roof! No value menu. Many items increased by dollars not cents. You guys are making Mexican food not gold bars.

Super nice cs. Enchiladas r very salty but we will try again as the customer service was excellent
