The service wasn’t bad, but they weren’t that attentive. I was the only one in the place, so they weren’t busy, but definitely could’ve benefited from an extra visit or two to the table. As for the food, it’s bland at best, as they really rely on the use of hot sauces and other things to flavor the dish. I had the asada tacos and they were flavorless unless I added the hot sauce to it, which was good on its own. Overall, you could probably find a better place for Tacos at lunch time.

We are in the service industry and wait tables for a living but we cannot recommend this place. Food was bland. Service was extremely in question.
Just ordered street tacos and our server did not put in our order so they took 50 mins. Only after the wrong food can to the table twice….
Once the food came the shells of the tacos were still messed up and forgot a side we ordered.
Server never acknowledged the mistakes and just walked away at the end.
Such a bummer of a time and just don’t want folks to waste money here.

This Mexican food is designed for those who don’t chase the heat. Small, casual place, and the service is friendly and prompt. It’s right next-door to a bike shop. They do have a have a full bar. Wasn’t crowded when went. Free parking. In west Sedona area.

I had late night cravings and wanted to check out a locally owned spot and boy did I find a treasure. Walked right into some great music, was greeted promptly, and provided menu. After a few questions I ordered carne asada tacos, a side of rice and beans, and a cheese crisp with jalapenos. The cheese crisp was made with mozzarella which kicked up the flavor a notch and the tortilla was nice and crispy. The rice and beans were stellar and the cotija cheese provided a nice compliment. The carne asada tacos on flour tortillas were delicious and the green and red salsa on the side ramped up the flavors without overpowering. I ordered to go this time but I will be back soon to have a margarita or a few pours of one of their many tequilas on site. The bartender that helped me today was kind, patient and happy to answer questions and I look forward to dining here again! Support local businesses and families!

We had the chicken fajitas that were excellent! The onions and peppers were caramelized perfectly, not overly salted which was a wonderful surprise! The wait staff was very attentive. Looking forward to going back again! Highly recommend for an authentic Mexican meal!

What a great little restaurant! We happened upon it while trying to decide what we wanted to eat.
The food is reasonably priced, and the portions are good! The flavors are delicious. I love that you can decide how spicy you want everything to be.
I ordered the chicken enchiladas, and they were flavorful and delicious.
Also, look at the view from the restaurant! Wow!

The owners of the place were very nice and the food was delicious. The vibe inside felt very relaxed and homey.

This is the worst Mexican restaurant in Sedona! I went in and had to use the restroom real bad and I waited and waited for the mens restroom to open up but I could hear one of the employees in their own their phone. There was a couple in the restaurant at the time that's it. So I used the females restroom, they're both single person restrooms. While in the restroom an employee bangs on the door like it's the swat team but doesn't say anything. I finish up and I'm mad at this point so I go to leave and the host say "Hey you said you were going to buy something". I told him he's out of his mind. After your employee is messing around watching their phone in the bathroom and then banging on the door of the restroom I'm in. He proceeds to tell me next time don't even come in. Gladly and I'm happy to share the experience as well!

Very good service, but the food wasn't all that great. There were only a few people at the time, not crowded at all.

Call these guys. They said they were open 15 minutes later I get there they’re closed and they ignore me and then I asked him why he didn’t give me an explanation. They’re liars end of story.

I wouldn't even give them a star if it was possible. The carne asada was thin as paper, food was tasteless. Save your money, Filiberto's would be better for less money.

The food is not what you expect, they call the steak carne asada, the beans are spoiled, the rice has no flavor, the lemons are old.food from many days ago already expired that should not be useful and offer to the public!

Love this place, no reservations, awesome food. Can come on in with hiking clothes. Perfect for Sedona. And it has a view. Just came again, better than last time, awesome resurant cheap and fabulous food. Chili rellano was perfect. Spicy yummyness.

Took my wife and three kids here because it was completely empty and we were unaware of the two other mexican restaurants accross the street. Shouldve known better when we noticed the other two places were busy and noone was here. Food was mediocre at best. Very bland. We had no alcohol, three of us had appetizers for meals wife had fish tacos and daughter had hamburger kids meal. My check was $125.31! My favorite part is when they added their own $20 gratuity. Isnt that suppose to be up to the customer by rating the service? Anyways place sucks dont go they are a rip off!

Mediocre, uninspired. Guacamole had big chunks of unripe avocado. Chili rellano was hard and tasteless.

The food is excellent you have to check it out yourself, I'm really picky when it to food but this one was actually good.

The food and staff were amazing. The best food we've had here. We had birria and chorizo tacos and enchiladas de mole. Also, we left our credit card when we left. We realized the next day. They let us in 15 minutes before they opened and had the card waiting for us! Great hinest people that cook amazing food.
