Lotus Garden Chinese Restaurant, Pinetop-Lakeside AZ

I hadn’t been to my place in Pinetop for a
bit…due to lost my husband. We loved the Lotus Garden, been going for 20 years.
I just went back and as usual the food was
amazing, great value and great cozy atmosphere and very friendly staff…
I had a beef dish and it had lots of meat.
Free soup and egg roll, under $20.00
and plenty of leftovers.
Don’t miss this gem. I know there’s a new place in town, no comparison!

It was a takeout so the atmosphere really didn't matter. I love the food but I wish they were on-board with a Veteran's discount offering. People there are very friendly and accommodating.

Lotus Garden never disappoints. Their service is great and their food is always great. They take great care in making their sushi and it shows. When it comes to Asian food they will always be my first choice.

I had a awesome Christmas dinner here when I was at my lowest will always be unforgettable place.

Food tastes too salty. There is also a strange smell. The waiter inside told me the boss smokes while cooking

Sorry food was bad. Salty, not as described, and not worth taking what I didn't eat home to the chickens.

We had take out. The food was just awful and really expensive. You'll do better with Panda Express. It's not any better but will cost you a lot less.

Spent almost $100.00 here to feed my family tonight, and still didn't get any rice with our meal, (the food is so subpar it needs rice). Spring rolls tasted microwaved. This place is a rip off. DO NOT eat here.

First time here.
Started with a sushi roll that honestly could have been a meal. I don't think I've ever had a roll with such weight.
We overheard one of the servers comment that the kitchen was one short, that it resembled a reality TV show on the back. Lol.
Overall I think they did fine.not sure if and when I'd return. Charging for steamed rice with the entree seems odd at a Chinese restaurant.and having white and brown grains mixed.yeah I think the theme would be 'odd'.

Great place to eat. Food and service are always top-notch. Food is authentic, and prices are reasonable. Best Asian food on the mountain.

Lemon chicken is made with real lemon, so definitely a plus. Sesame chicken wasn't bad either. General Tso's chicken is mildly spicy, flavors didn't mesh well in my opinion, but still good. Wontons in the soup were heavy on ginger, took away from the rest of the flavors a bit. Broth was tasty.
I'd come back again to try other items, as the menu is really extensive.

Walking in, you're greeted and seated. There's a large fish tank, and the tables are very close together. It's a pretty relaxing atmosphere. Every server and host we talked to was really sweet.

The servers took quite some time to get our drink order, and when someone did 2 other people asked if someone got our drink order. It took about 2p minutes to get our drinks. We waited for about 10 minutes for someone to take our order, then another 20 or so and they brought out the rice and 1 dish. 30 minutes later, they brought out the rest of our food and the rice was cold at that point.
No apologies were given. It was very disorganized. They were really busy, but they get that way every spring and summer, so I feel like they should have been more prepared.

When the food finally came, it was luke warm at best and pretty flavorless. The meat was very tender however.

Went there on a random date with my honey. The service was super amazing they were very attentive and interactive. We were both dressed super classy and wanted to do something outside of our norm. Already uncomfortable but it was shortly unnoticed when we were offered the best in class service and got to sit by the fish tank. The food was amazing and the jasmine tea was on point I would recommend these guys to everyone!
